Accessories remain relatively expensive and quickly drive up the price.
Delivery to overseas territories was perfect, but shipping costs remain very high. The flat rate applied corresponds to a 5 kg parcel, which was not the case. Otherwise, no complaints. We are loyal customers of a perfect service for overseas residents, and I thank you for that. There are very few delivery options excluding VAT here, and we often end up paying VAT + local dock dues, which drives up the price. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
iPad is good for the price, but turning it off is still a pain. How many screenshots before you can do it?

Quite an interesting portable format, but still a bit heavy with the protective cover, weighing in at 800g. The tablet runs smoothly, including when playing games. Initially, I wanted to replace my Android tablet and was looking more towards Android, with a budget of around £300, but in the end, having been on iPhone for a year, it made more sense to have an OS that was more suited and compatible with the iPhone.
A few regrets about this iPad:
- The weight with the "stand" cover in portrait or landscape mode is over 800g, which is heavy.
- One-handed navigation, already impossible on the iPhone, is even more so on the 11" iPad. On the Android side, gesture navigation with just your thumb has been perfect since 2020.
- And the camera, which I found to be very sensitive to flares and dull colours in a few tests.
Otherwise, I'm quite happy with this iPad. The battery life is still decent for now, and for accessories, I bought "NoName" ones, as Apple's are far too expensive.

Following the renewal of my tablet, I particularly appreciated the technical expertise and helpfulness of the team, who were able to synchronise it with the old tablet without difficulty.
What's more, the price (409€) and the duration of the warranty (3 years) are attractive.

The award of top marks clearly reflects my level of satisfaction! It's deserved because: I was admirably and patiently advised by a technician from the Wittenheim branch at the time of purchase. Then, having made a mistake when putting it into service, the service technician immediately agreed to reboot my iPad and, after another training session, I was able to put my tablet into service and it's been working as promised ever since.

I bought an Apple Ipad 128GB to replace an old tablet because I lost the code for updating my email and phone details. The problem persists because Apple has taken over my email address and I have no way of modifying my data to use the new tablet. It's a problem with Apple and the technical service doesn't provide us with any solution to resolve the update problem... Very disappointed with Apple in this respect... It's a shame because the product is good value for money.

This is the third iPad I've used in my home. Generation after generation, the capabilities of the hardware increase and the tablet becomes a real work tool. But it's also a fabulous entertainment tool. It's my cuddly toy, it follows me everywhere.

I needed to replace my old tablet and I wanted a simple product in a small format so that I could carry it around easily. The seller's explanations and advice were clear and interesting.
The choice was well guided without excess but with courtesy.
In short, I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend this shop, even on Saturdays, they're always ready to listen!
The product is everything I expected it to be, both in terms of memory capacity and functionality. The Logitech keyboard/protection offered does the job. And I actually needed a charger with a USB3 port, which I didn't have. So the advice was good in relation to my specifications, for a budget that I feel was well under control.
It's a shame, however, that the motherboard on my old IPad 7 died after less than 7 years....but that's not LCDC's fault.
