Very beautiful device, very easy to start up. Affordable price for an iPad. Nice screen. As for me, it is the 4th
Main advantages:
- less expensive than the previous one (3 years)
- immediate availability in store
main disadvantages:
- no adapter for the cord
- heavier and thicker than the previous one
- no more menu button
I waited a little for the delivery, since I wanted the yellow one, apparently not very available, hence the pink, a soft color. Data transfer between the old iPad and the new one was a bit laborious (I don't get everything right away). But now after a few weeks I am amazed by the extent of the possibilities. Besides, I am going to take it on my next trips to enjoy taking photos and filming, writing my journal (it avoids the many notebooks that get misplaced) which I will be able to illustrate easily. No problem staying in touch thanks to the many communication possibilities. In short, in line with the previous one and more.
There was a bug on the tablet 2 days after purchase, the icons wouldn’t change screens, I called the apple service, the operator kept me on the line for 2h and casually did her training on the ios update...
She didn’t fix anything, turning the tablet off twice probably solved the issue..
Anyway, a mixed start in the apple world for me
It was a straightforward order, but dealt with efficiently and the items arrived earlier than promised.
In addition, thank you for spending the time to verify that my older iPaq was really dead!
