It's a powerful, efficient processor that gets the job done, whether it's gaming or multi-tasking.
I received the parcel in good condition and the deliveryman was nice, on time and good.
The parcel is good
I was on a 9th gen i5 so was failing a bit on the new config, this 12th gen i7 is perfect for front line gamer config.
Finally! This CPU lives up to my expectations. Smooth operation of STREAMING and GAMING applications. I highly recommend this product for its value for money.
Whether for gaming or productivity, this processor is agile and fast, while keeping power consumption under control.
For gaming use only, I can't wait to find a game that makes it cough. My 7800xt is now the weakest link in my configuration.
Bought for a gaming configuration, perfect for my needs.
I highly recommend this processor.
so on the whole everything is fine except that the processor arrived at my house in a very damaged package.
I fitted it anyway, we'll see later,
Otherwise in terms of playability and road holding I'm pleasantly surprised I'm throwing in an I 7 9700K.
great classic intel, fast processor at an acceptable price. more than enough for games.
A very powerful processor at a reasonable price, so upgrading my computer is even more complete with this exceptional product!
An oversized processor for many uses, especially gaming. Very good benchmark performance. Just make sure you have a good cooling system. In a 100% stress test on all cores, it consumes 240W. With a well-built 360mm AIO, its temperature is maintained at 80-85°c.
Taken as part of a set-up, I'm satisfied. Everything works perfectly. Fast, efficient, what more could you ask for?
very good processor which is fast, it doesn't heat up with watercooling, I haven't tried overclocking.
The order was fast and clean, and the product was impeccable.
PS: Efficient and informative customer service.
Hello, this Intel core i7 12700 kf processor is quite powerful. It's fast and works very well in games.
What's more, it doesn't heat up very much. I would recommend it.
Nothing to say, even the customer service is impeccable. I received everything, even the free jumper. The PC works like a charm and is really good quality.
a fast, powerful, high-performance intel processor that suits my equipment perfectly.
Less expensive than top purchase on the same article fast and of quality it sen followed another order
Superb processor. Very good potential without increasing frequency. Excellent choice for a reasonable price.
I wanted a more powerful intel core and this is it. I am satisfied with the product as it is.
As a replacement for an I7 8700, on a PC for advanced video editing, in conjunction with an MSI MPG Z690 EDGE WIFI DDR4 CM with 32 GB DDR4 ram.
I have replaced my Intel i5 8600k I am happy with my choice I recommend it as a processor does the job nickel
very good processor 150 fps in 1080p competitive fvr with a rx 6700
before I was at 110 fps with an i5 10400f
I upgraded from a Core i7-9700KF to a Core i7-12700KF and what a joy it is to play with this processor - it's a monster, instantly responsive. I'd recommend it to gamers looking for a powerful CPU.
good, efficient product, I switched from an i9-9900K to this one and I'm not disappointed with the performance.
I wanted to change my DAW PC this time, and unlike all my previous computers, I decided to choose each element in a configuration that would evolve over time according to my needs.
As far as the INTEL CORE I7-12700K processor is concerned, I'm fully satisfied. It's paired with a GIGABYTE Z790 UD AX and a BE QUIET! DARK ROCK 4 PROCESSOR FAN. It's fast and efficient, and more than enough for computer music.
To help others, here's the software I use:
- Windows 11
- Steinberg: Cubase Pro 12, HALion, Dorico 4 ;
- Native Instrument Komplete Ultimate ;
- iZotope ;
- Superior Drummer 3, EZbass
- etc.
After several months of use, I'm really pleased ^^.
Nothing to say, a powerful processor that does what's expected of it, still easy to install with the little arrow in the corner.
Easy to install and good value for money for the time. No worries about compatibility for a stable gaming PC.
I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
I've been looking for a new laptop for a while now and I'm very happy with the service.
I'm sure you'll find it very easy to use.

I've taken the most resource-intensive game and I put everything to the max and it works fine!
I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a new one or not, but it's a good idea to have a new one.
The material works. ...........................................................................................................................................(this is for the 100 characters)
I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the service. I highly recommend them without hesitation. If I have to invest again one day I will go through them. Bravo and thank you to the whole LDLC team
Being used to INTEL CPUs for most of my life, I am very happy with my choice.
- The performance for my various jobs and games is very good, especially since my previous CPU was an i7-4790K (OC at 4.5Ghz).
- The integrated IGPU is useful for me and works well.
- No temperature problems so far, although I'm using a (well adapted) fan.
- No problem with the OC after some tests, but I only use the boost mode for the moment.
Anyway.
It's all good for now and for my use. It remains to be seen how durable it is.
Good evening
It is a great satisfaction to have chosen this reliable, efficient and well designed equipment. I would recommend it to anyone.
This processor surprises me for its power reserves.
Otherwise it runs well.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one.
Being used to INTEL processors for a long time, I don't regret the choice for this model which offers gaming performance very close to the 12900 but at a lower price.
I'm switching from a 4th generation i7 box CPU with a box fan to this new generation and it's clear: the new fans are horribly noisy! If this is important to you, don't hesitate to replace it.
As for the performance of this CPU, nothing to complain about...
Note that the box version without fan (the KF) is more expensive... So do your calculations if the OC is not important for you.
I'm not sure what else to say, this processor makes the coffee.
I haven't managed to push it to its limits yet, it doesn't seem to suffer when I throw tons of calculations at it to do machine learning, it's still a very good investment to be safe for years.
I went from 4790K (very old) to 12700KF, and it's night and day.
The test results are impressive in benchmark. On my side, it was easy to make it saturate at almost 100% :)
If you are a 3D artist, use a 3D software and test the renders. The speed of calculation is impressive.
Coupled with an Asus ROG Strix Z690-G Gaming Wifi + corsair DDR5 in 5600Mhz, it's the ideal combo.
As for the temperature, I use a Noctua NH-U12A chromax.black. In idle, the processor is around 28/30° and in quite intense stress 75° (tests in a heat wave at about 37° outside).
In short, an excellent processor. Thanks to LDLC.
! I have no expertise to evaluate a processor !
Nevertheless, despite the synchronization of 1 NVMe + 5 SSDs on a remote server, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Bridge, VS Code and 4 servers in localhost, Starcraft 2 and Lost Ark launched at the same time.
The processor holds up without any problem, it doesn't heat up particularly, I don't feel any slowdown of it. Its performance is good.
The performance is quite good. But I came across one with a very low overclocking margin. Asus' predictive score is 65/100, while a good processor should be above 80/100. Bad luck.
I'd like to make an edit on my previous comment, my cooling problem is fixed, I hadn't tightened the waterblock enough due to a faulty part. The CPU runs in boost mode on cinebench at 66° maximum, and 27° in idle, so all is well. I recommend it!
Very powerful processor but it heats up a lot. I am watercooling with 3 x 120 mm dedicated and the processor reaches 100 degrees in turbo mode at 4.8Ghz, I am obliged to "restrict" it to normal mode at 3.6Ghz for the moment until I find a solution.
I give it 8/10 because I think I can fix the problem. If not, my real grade would be 5-6/10.
Nothing to complain about, impossible to charge it to 100% in normal use.
In intensive use it is remarkable!
Some people advise to deactivate the e-cores for certain games because it slows down the performances, for my part I did not notice any slackening yet
What about this CPU...
I came from an i7-6700K, which was holding my RTX 3080 back quite a bit, but I didn't know it was that bad. Once I changed the processor (and the motherboard), it was all over. Everything is incredibly smooth in ultra/extreme 1440p ultra-wide, without excessive heating (with a Corsair 2x120mm AIO, it goes up to 70°C maximum), in a great silence.
As for productivity, I work on Linux (backend development) with Docker containers all over the place, and whatever I do, the system follows in all circumstances.
I was a bit dubious about the gain (compared to the astronomical price), but the use of the system has removed all my regrets.
Installed on the Asus ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI motherboard, I had no problems with the functioning. Processor recognized, operational and very reactive at the application level.
Finally Intel is getting back to work and offering a good processor. It allowed me to switch from a 9700K to a 12700KF (not graphics optional but not really needed). The hybrid operation is a good solution and allows to be energy efficient when not playing. On the other hand, despite a H115i Corsair, it heats up hard when working at full speed (80°C), so it's quite energy consuming. For the overclocking, apart from stabilizing the voltage delivered to the processor, which goes crazy at times (benchmarks), I don't think it's of much interest given the extra power consumption required.
Very very good processor, I was waiting patiently with my old i7 7700K, and what can I say WOW, compress a video while playing, stream and play, everything goes cream, not a micro freeze nothing. The temperature is decent under full load if you have a good cooler and a good thermal paste of course 65/66°C for my part. I have not tested the OC for the moment but it can largely take 10°C more, I recall that its TDP is at 100°C so there is still some margin even if I advise a safety threshold to avoid premature aging of the Proc at 75/80°C max!
