A good, compact hard drive.
I purchased this hard drive to replace an ageing external HDD that was starting to fail dangerously.
This is the second identical WD HDD I have purchased because it works very well and lasts longer than models from other brands.
A safe bet in my opinion.

Always a warm welcome, but the hard drive configuration is very rough. I had to figure out why my files wouldn't open: a poorly configured recycle bin was blocking everything. I had to go through the security options several times to get it back to working properly.
I already have other products from this brand. I am always satisfied.

The external hard drive is easy to use - the blue usb port is a bit short in my opinion, and the drive is small and handy to carry around - I'm happy with my purchase.
As usual with LDLC I am very satisfied with this purchase. I needed a USB 2 compatible mechanical hard drive, and this one fits the bill perfectly. 8O€/ 1TB is expensive, but don't forget that it's an external drive, so I think the price is justified. It worked well from the start. (Connected, partitioned, formatted and voilà).
