Advance Airsteam Pro serves both as a support for my laptop so that it's at the same height as my secondary screen, and it also enables my computer to be refreshed, allowing it to develop its full performance. The only downside is that there are only 3 height settings and I find the first level a little too high.
The inclined position allows good suction from underneath..,
but the little plastic support that holds the computer in place broke very quickly....
a shame.
I've been using it for a while now and I'm very happy with it. It's a great product and I'm sure I'll be able to use it again in the future.
The two legs that hold the laptop broke very quickly.
Not to mention that the fan is not quiet at all.
received in less than 48 hours, works perfectly, my computer is much better ventilated, but the plastic looks a bit fragile, but for 20 quid, it's fine.

Bought this in 2019, and from the moment I received it, my concern was that the quality of the device was not confident.
It did the job well for a few months, then after 3-4 months of use, I had for the first time false contacts from the USB ports to power it up.
The situation deteriorated month after month, and now it has celebrated its second year of use and I have to change it:
it has become impossible to turn it on, the two USB ports available to turn it on no longer work.
The fans themselves are still working, by fiddling around you can get them to work, but as soon as you release a certain pressure on the USB port, the thing shuts down for lack of effective contact.
In short, as soon as I received it I said to myself "I'm sure this is the kind of thing I'll have to change in a year or two", and it didn't fail.
Well, now I had bought it on sale for less than twenty euros, so for the price, it did its job.
But if I have to choose, I'd rather spend a bit more money and hope to have a device that will work much longer.
very fragile, the little flap that prevents the pc from sliding has broken and the system that keeps the pc in the upright position has come loose.
It's worth the price!

This device is essential to ensure that your laptop lasts as long as possible, it has 6 fans that are powered only by USB connection to your device and it fits perfectly on all sizes of computers!
A bit fragile (plastic part, not repairable) but does the job. Not too noisy, rather aesthetic.
more than a week to be delivered i find that very very long especially as the parcel was ready to be dispatched the day after the order can be time to change your deliverer for a faster company

(-) USB port Not resistant after not even 1 month of use (i.e. I have to find a good position for it to work and still), corner position.
Nothing to say, everything is there. The only drawback is the quality of the plastic that supports the weight when it is raised, I have doubts as to its long term durability. Otherwise, nickel chrome: adjustable, light.
The USB's both failed after 2 or 3 weeks, a hinge to break quickly too. And today it works with home repairs, the potential is there but after 20€...

Lightweight and practical, it feels like it sucks/blows properly even though I was perhaps expecting more power, but this allows it to remain discreet in terms of noise. I can hardly hear it any more than I would if it was just the fan on my PC. Moreover, with the recent high temperatures, although my PC has to run H-24, it does not overheat and the air that the PC rejects does not seem to reach heatwave temperatures (measured only by feel). Note that the efficiency of the Airstream Pro is obviously much improved in the raised position. On the whole I am satisfied.
This product is perfect in terms of discretion, design and results. I've tested a lot of different coolers and this is the first one I've been completely satisfied with. In the past I have always had either a noise problem or a not very efficient cooling result.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for extreme cooling for gamer or CAD laptops.

Conclusion
Correct if you plan to use it flat and if the noise doesn't bother you, otherwise, pass by
The pluses:
- Clearly does its job of refreshing, it's even rather effective.
- The large surface area of the tray allows you to place PCs of up to 17 inches without any problems.
- Two usb power supply inputs
The cons:
- Rather average, not to say bad, support in tilted position.
- Flap on the front ineffective for bevelled profile PCs
- Quite noisy in the end
- Poor quality usb power cable (burnt out after 2 months of regular use)
Lightweight, does not crush the knees, discreet as it is quite silent, it fulfils its function well, the temperature of the computer has dropped and therefore it performs better. My computer does not slip on the stand.
I have just bought this item which is designed for laptops up to 18" but my 17" laptop protrudes by a centimetre on each side. I don't know which engineer measured this but the poor guy is having trouble with the ruler, I think he wasted his time at school.
It's a great design and a great price.
Paying delivery fees to wait x100 times longer for delivery when on other sites it is free. Shame to make you wait so long when it's urgent. I advise against going elsewhere.
I have to admit that when I unpacked the box I wasn't expecting just a USB cable with just the ventilated platform. Once in place it cools well over a large area. It is also very quiet! The only fault is that the feet and the contours (almost all) of the product are made of plastic
Fans well distributed. Not too noisy. However, the lug that holds the laptop is made of poor quality plastic. I'm always afraid to break it, not at all suitable.
Very pleased, does not make any noise and ventilation very well distributed.
The only thing is that the shelf that has to hold the computer in a tilted position is a bit small.
Very light, easy to use, just plug in the USB plug and go;
Not so great, the front flap used to "supposedly" retain the phone, broke after a week!
Not silent, for people who buy it only for this criterion, pass your way !!!
As for the main task of this device (cooling) well I would have preferred to buy a more expensive and more efficient model!

Slightly noisy but it still passes. The problem is the material of the object... plastic that doesn't seem very solid. I feel like I'm going to break it pretty quickly when I carry it around... It's not very practical when I put it on my lap. The proposed inclinations are pretty much the same. I don't know how long this thing will work, but it doesn't look like much, it's a bit of a piece of junk. I think it must be the same for other fans in this price range...
I'm not really happy with this purchase...
If LDLC could recommend a better quality product (better materials, less noise, more efficiency) in a higher range, I would be happy to send this fan back to them and buy a more expensive one.
I don't recommend it, if like me you like to put the computer on your lap...
Moderate noise pollution, often covered by the laptop itself ... the 6 fans are not very powerful, but have the advantage of distributing the air flow over the entire surface (with a more effective cooling than some pads, which only blow on an area that does not necessarily correspond to the laptop's grids, which induces a lot of losses). The product is satisfactory for a very good price at LDLC!
With its 6 fans, it gives the impression of being very powerful, but this is not really the case. I've been playing a lot with my PC and thanks to the fan it doesn't turn into a windmill after an hour of playing. The dual USB port is a nice touch despite the fact that one of the ports has to be used for power supply, so it's a good value for money for a less intensive use.
Does its job. I bought it because my computer tends to overheat and then shuts down when I play. Since I've been using it, it's been running cooler (I've lost about 5°c) but it's also cooling down much faster.
I find it a bit too noisy (more than when my computer has its fan on full blast so that's saying something) but it's ok for occasional use. I don't use it every day, when I'm doing simple office work or watching videos etc. Just when I'm playing. Just when I play games.
Bought to cool a 4 year old Gamer PC as it was overheating and cutting out, it does its job but you shouldn't ask too much of it. It doesn't stop my PC from overheating. I bought it for the 6 fans which are quite powerful on paper after many, many comparisons on ldlc. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it as a standalone unit, but it's a good idea to use it as a standalone unit, and it's a good idea to use it as a standalone unit. I am therefore moderately satisfied.
Having bought a 17.3" laptop I thought this fan that goes up to 18" would be perfect. I didn't take the time to really measure but my computer is a bit cramped anyway, so I'm taking off 1 star.
I would also take off half a star for the delivery time, as I have been waiting for my computer because of this item which is regularly out of stock.
I've been using it for a while now, but it's not really that bad. So I recommend it, but for computers smaller than 17".
