After 5 years of regular use, I can see that the durability of the seat of the chair, despite the price, is not good enough, almost 400 € the chair, in 5 years the seat is torn, I find this shameful compared to the purchase price.
I've contacted the brand to give them the information and we'll see what they say.

Excellent chair, comfort for the lumbar region and the back. The finish is simply excellent, a good omen for the durability over time. I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the cushions, the memory foam ones are more suitable, but 50 euros more... I'm nitpicking, but at that price, Noble could make an effort. I have nothing to add: it was a gift and my husband's opinion, which is totally satisfied, takes precedence over mine.
This office chair is really comfortable. I was a bit worried with the various previous comments about the seat being too firm, but in reality that's the strong point of this chair (it's not a wooden board either...)! The adjustable lumbar support really allows you to adapt to your morphology.
With this confinement and working from home 7 days a week, my old chair made my back ache, this is total comfort. It's like being in a Mercedes comfort seat!
Another good point is that it's not bling bling tuning like almost all other brands of gamer chairs. It's more like a minister's chair.
The only downside is that it's not worth taking away a single star:
- I didn't understand how to use the tilt adjustment, no matter which way you turn it, I can't see anything moving.
- The design of the lumbar support adjustment is not very nice: the straps that go through the holes at the top are not very graceful.
I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service I received from LDLC and Noblechairs, they sent me back (very quickly) 2 cushions when I had indicated that only one strap was defective.
I would have liked to have a plastic mat on a solid wood floor to avoid damaging the floor. The wheels are made of a soft material, it's very efficient: it rolls well without catching, without forcing when changing rotation, and without sliding either.
TL;DR: it's expensive, but the design, the comfort, and the health of my back is well worth the price.
Very good chair; very easy to assemble, having assembled quite a few different models. However, the box was missing two covers for the sides of the chair. I have put the problem back together and am waiting. I was unable to check with the (nice) Geodis delivery man.

The seat and backrest are very hard, very hard.
The height is surprisingly high compared to an ak racing chair, 10 cm higher.
I recommend it.
Going from an old "student" chair to this noble chair was a very easy step :)
Beyond its price, it's a very nice product: nice finishing (well adjusted seams, good quality leatherette), and an excellent comfort once you get used to the firmness of the seat. It's not very "enveloping" like some competitors (at least for my 1.80/80kg body, but that makes it easier to sit and stand). It's also very high in the lowest position, so you need a footrest for certain body types.
The only drawback is the lumbar cushion, which is not usable due to its thickness, but we can easily do without it.
Ideal for long hours of gaming or office work.
Finally, nothing to say about the LDLC service, always irreproachable, with an order processing and shipping in record time!

I hesitated for a long time before changing my PC seat.
I bought this one and it is of excellent quality.
The metal base, the stitching, the finish, the adjustments, the seat is almost perfect.
I have been using it for a while now and it is very good.
The seat is adjusted to the minimum and is a bit too high but that's not a problem.
The seat is very good overall.
The seat is heavy (29 kilos) but it's impressive ;-)
I'm very happy with the way it is delivered.
