These Corsair Vengeance LPX series low profile memories were easy to insert into the slots and were immediately recognized by the BIOS.

I bought these strips (2*8GB) for an asus maximus hero VIII, they only work in one configuration.
I have 4 ports, each strip works alone, but both at the same time only work in one configuration (slot1 and 2). I don't have access to the dualband, if I try one of the two strips is not recognized and blocks the computer from starting up. I was hoping that a bios update would allow me to have the dualband, but no ...
What can I say... it's all good. I didn't think it would change the final quality of the PC so much. It is very fast and never has too much RAM, and I always have plenty of it! I've been using it for a while now, but it's not too bad, and it's not too bad.
It's strong and it's very well finished. No recognition problems. These sticks are fast and perfect for gaming. In my case a 16GB is the right size. I'm not sure if it's the right size for me, but it's not.
I have mounted them and they work, on a Gaming oriented PC.
What more could you ask from RAM?
Oh yes, they don't heat up or make any noise and they look great! And above all they are easy to mount!
Yes, LDLC asks for 200 characters minimum to give its opinion on RAM ... we don't all do BenchMark.
Going from 4gb to 16gb is just super nice. Does the job well. Corsair good reputation and quality. If you can afford it don't hesitate to buy it.

I bought these RAM sticks in order to have an efficient gamer oriented PC. and they fit perfectly. I've always heard that Corsair has a good reputation, so I thought I'd give their products a try. The verdict? I have absolutely no regrets about my choice!
The corsair RAM strips are the best for me. The design fits perfectly with my motherboard. The memory sticks do not heat up at all and this is really great.

For those who host game servers on their PCs and have to process a lot of data, this is really what I recommend.
Its chipsets are excellent, coupled with an i5-6600.

I needed ram, so I took this one. I don't really have a preference for Corsair. They are on an x99 platform and do the job fine (I don't push them too hard either). CL13 is good!
The bars are perfect, they are very well recognised and seem solid. So far, I haven't had any problems with them.
I chose Corsair because of their good reputation and quality, and I have never had any problems with my previous components from this brand.
I have a game and "local server" use, and I sometimes store hundreds of thousands of small files in RAM, for a total of about 5 to 8GB, and work on them.
The accesses (8 active threads on the data) are very fast, and this is precisely what I want.
For gaming, it's perfect. Frequency setting via UEFI, it doesn't get hot.
Although with a heatsink, they pass right by a big ventirad.
Never disappointed by Corsair so far, I went for these strips in my new configuration in a mini-ITX case. I took some low-profile ones because I wasn't sure if they would work with my ventirad (Noctua NH-D14 on Gigabyte Z170N-wifi motherboard). In the end, I think I could have taken normal strips, there was still a bit of space, but when in doubt...
I haven't tested it too much in OC yet, I'll see in the next few months.
Red or black they have the same characteristics. Two 8 GB memory sticks offer the possibility of upgrading the system to a total of 32 GB. A maximum of RAM is welcome for a PC intended for image editing. Choice of one of the best-selling memory modules.
What to say about Corsair RAM. I had to change my Corsair DDR3 RAM for this one because I changed my motherboard to an Asus Maximus VIII Hero. I've been using it for a while now and it's still easy to install. The heat sink on the RAM is sufficient, as my tower is very well ventilated, Temp 27°.
