Good product
I'm pleased with this product, it seems to be good quality and works great. However, it's true that a longer USB 3.0 cable would have been preferable.

Ordered two years ago and still functional with daily use.
The USB 3.0 ports are fast and the two charging ports are efficient but not used much.
If it ever dies, I'll take the same one back!
This is the hub I would recommend to anyone looking for one.
The LDLC delivery is top notch!
I was generally satisfied with my purchase, even though some of the peripherals (especially USB keys) do not work properly (you have to push the key in halfway for it to be detected)!
I am very happy with this hub, I have only been using it for a month so I will have to wait and see but so far I have not been disappointed as I have been with other brands. It manages all its ports at once without losing power. It's very aesthetic, I love it, the little diodes are very useful to know if your equipment is detected or not.
I bought it because I was having problems disconnecting with a low-end hub (although I paid a little less). With this one, no more problems, even with demanding peripherals like virtual reality sensors.
After two years of failure on my laptop using ub hub without mains, I bought this hub with mains which has no more failure on my hard drive. It also allows me to charge all my other usb devices.
After purchasing a very disappointing Heden hub even though the price is lower.
I hesitated to invest in this more expensive hub, but I fell for it and in the end, I did the right thing.
This product is really top, no interruption, more than reasonable speeds!
I really recommend it to you!
First HUB I've owned and is of very good quality, no recognition problems with the Window 10 PC.
The USB cable supplied is about 1m long. This is entirely sufficient.
The only problem is that you can hear a hissing sound on the power socket. This can be annoying very quickly.
To replace my Heden 4 port USB 3.0.
No contest! We are not in the same category. It is very nice and well finished.
Tested with 4 USB 3.0 hard drives connected together on the hub ===> it doesn't heat up much and does the job (no cuts!!!). Impeccable throughput in USB 3.0.
The USB ports on the side for charging also work... it's the cherry on the mc do !!!
I'll have to wait and see, but I'm happy with my purchase.
I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it.
As all my predecessors have said, this HUB does its job very well.
But my model suffered (I have not sent it back since) from a very loud hissing noise, even managing to amplify itself when I turned the unit off! An ordeal!
Apart from that, the manufacturer has again chosen a tasteless cable to connect to the PC with an unusual format at the end and especially a length to review.
Very good purchase. No surprises. Corresponds well to the description. Fast delivery. The only drawbacks are that the USB ports are not in order and that the start-up/power-on is not automatic when the PC is switched on. Otherwise very pleased.
After trying a cheap USB 3 hub without a power supply that couldn't run multiple external drives, I was tempted by this one. A bit more expensive, but worth it.
No problem to power several USB 3 drives. Perfect transfer speed.
In short, no worries, does the job. I recommend it.
Bought this to replace my old Kensington USB 2.0 hub to put on my new PC with USB 3.
It's a good product, well finished and handles connected devices well.
The "charger" sockets are a plus.
I did not notice any overheating, it stays warm.
The USB cable supplied to connect it to the PC is a bit short for me (1m).
Note, because it is not indicated either in the manual or by the manufacturer: a discreet indicator lights up above each plug in use. It's a nice little extra.
This light remains off if the device is not recognised (this is the case with my MGE Ellipse 800 inverter).
Small minus (at least for me): if the power supply unit is plugged into a socket controlled by the PC (the peripherals are powered up when the PC is switched on), the hub does not light up when the power supply is switched on. You have to turn it on "by hand". Tedious in the long run.
A memory on the touch-sensitive switch, or better still a mechanical switch, would have been more suitable.
I have to say that I'm not happy with this last point, but it's still a good product that I recommend.
Very good product, I recommend to all.
After having tested a hub bought on ebay (in China) which broke down after three days, I decided to invest a little more and I don't regret anything as the other one says...
Having swapped my desktop PC for a portable configuration (4port USB) the need for an extra USB port was felt so as not to have to continually unplug/plug certain devices...With this HUB problem solved! It's well worth the price, with the added bonus of 2.4A fast charging ports (auto adaptive) perfect for my GALAXY NOTE4 which detects a fast charger. This hub is compact and exudes build quality, on WINDOWS 10 it is just perfect. A must buy!
