Delighted with the product. Nothing to complain about, either the quality or the packaging.
Delivery was difficult, however. Delivery was late, so I had to be at home to receive the parcel. Delivery to a relay point that changed during the delivery... In short, a change of delivery service provider could be a plus, even if it doesn't call your professionalism into question.
I knew someone who had these headphones and they sounded great, so it's no surprise that they work well. The headphones do not hurt, the cord tends to make noise when it rubs against clothes or the desk, I don't know if you can hear it, the whole thing feels solid.
The audio quality is not good enough for listening to music which is a bit of a shame for a headset of this price, it's really only usable for phoning.

Mixed use: sometimes plugged into the PC via USB and sometimes into the phone via jack. It's perfect.
The sound is clear and sharp, perfect for video.

The helmet was received quickly (a little longer than normal but under the circumstances covid well). I have to say that I am very pleased with the product, it is very good quality and very comfortable to wear.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, and the comfort of listening and wearing it is very good.
I use it on video conference sessions of several hours without any worries of wear fatigue. Muffling of noise seems correct but my environment is relatively quiet.
The intermediate control is handy for muting, boosting etc.
I recommend this product!
