Bought it in 2021 to add to my fixed PC configuration, since then I've had wifi which works perfectly, the support with the antennae is magnetised so you can place it on the PC case, which is very practical.
Good for the delivery, fast and compliant.
Good quality equipment with accessories (triple antenna, cables of comfortable length, etc.)

The downside is that the ASUS website provides a problematic update that displays a window that loops as soon as you close it. Need to reinstall the CD provided and not try to update from the ASUS site.
I was certainly unlucky, my card broke after just over a year of use. Obviously I don't give it a good grade because I think that 80€/year to have WIFI on a PC is a bit expensive, but apart from that, when the card was working, its installation was simple, I never had any problem of untimely disconnections, just a few times of loss of connection profiles, obliging me to enter the wifi key again. I've never had a problem with the speed either. It could have been perfect if the card had lasted a bit longer :'(

The card does not support AC wifi on channels above 40 under Linux. For a card at this price, to end up with a lower throughput than the wifi card in my 3~4 year old laptop is a shame.
I'm fed up with manufacturers who botch the Linux drivers, this is the second card I've bought hoping to benefit from the wifi of my Freebox Delta S and I find myself once again limited by their neglicence: 600/300mbps (down/up) on my laptop, 300/70mbps on my tower, with 3 antennas placed on the desk 5m from the box.
For my part, it will be a referral.
I ordered this product because I was worried about installing the cable at home, which in theory was not possible unless you drilled in every direction (in the end I didn't, but hey...). I've installed the card, and it works perfectly! No loss, excellent connection. The only thing is the driver which is not perfect but at least I can go on the internet. I bought it with confidence :)
Having changed my ADSL box for a fibre offer, the installation does not allow me to have a wire connection at the moment. I therefore opted for this card with very good reviews.
I almost gave it a bad mark, but in the end it didn't. I'll explain:

- I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to use it again. I went from a real ADSL speed of 15Mbit/s to a theoretical fibre speed of 1000Mbit/s. However, the speed with the wifi card did not exceed 50mbit/s with interruptions. Disappointing. I finally found the solution: the antennas connected to the card were probably not picking up the wifi, because on the mobile antenna provided, the connection is close to 250mbit/s and stable now. A small negative point, the length of the wire for the mobile antenna could be extended by 50cm easily, it's a bit tight to put it where you want. Another negative point, 250mbit/s is not 1000mbit/s either...
Nevertheless it does the job, much more appreciable speed now. Good investment, don't hesitate.
+ : Speed almost equivalent to my wired connection (14 Mb/s) through 2 load-bearing walls. Compared to other G or n standard USB cards / plugs, finally possible to watch videos from the internal server in HD quality and flac sound without interruption: Magic. Ridiculous latency of less than 30ms. Perfect installation on Windows 10.

I bought this card to replace a Gigabyte GC-WB1733D-I which gave up after 3 and a half years probably due to overheating. Satisfied for the moment with this new card, after a few minutes to adjust the antennas, the signal is perfect, no packet lost and the maximum speed my rooter can offer (80-90MB/s). Very easy to install, gives very good results. I have a max throughput of +60Mb/s through a concrete wall.
The only downside is the software that triggers an error message every time W10 starts up ("is not an integer value"), but this does not affect the functionality of the product. The manufacturer doesn't seem to be willing to fix it, so that's one less star on the rating ^^
I've been using it for a while now, but it's a good idea to get the driver from the Asus website for Windows 10 (easy and very explicit). The whole thing works like a wired connection, nothing to complain about, perfect.
Configuration done without too many problems. The driver and all the dependent packages have to be obtained under Linux, but this is not insurmountable.
For my part a good product.

I ordered this component in order to increase my internet speed (I had a basic wifi key). I am very surprised by the speed gain, I go from a 300ms ping to 30ms! It's mainly used for online gaming. I can recommend this component without any hesitation, and it's great design and fits perfectly in my tower under my graphics card.
This card is very powerful ... only in reception.
I was a bit fooled, because I need my PC to kick ass on upload too.
My Wi-Fi (Freebox) is set to 5Ghz with a bandwidth of 80Mhz, ("AC" Wi-Fi).
When I do a local data rate test, it's a real pain in the ass, and the data rates I get exceed my expectations.
My problem is that I use a Steamlink box to stream games on my TV (my PC, box and TV are in the same room), and when the network is set to 80Mhz, everything crashes (the box, the steamlink, this network card).
I have never had a problem with a 5Ghz@80Mhz Wi-Fi repeater that "converted" my Wi-Fi signal to cable for the PC.
So the problem is with this antenna as I have no problems not using it. I wrote to ASUS support who told me that the antenna can only be used in 20Mhz for an upload rate, so no interest for me, then that the fluidity with the steamlink is not there and I do not want to lower the quality.
On the ASUS website :
802.11 b/g/n/ac: downlink of 1300 Mb/s max, uplink of 1300 Mb/s max. (20/40MHz)
I am therefore returning my product and I am now looking at the top model with 4 antennas (PCE-AC88) which states :
802.11 a/n/ac: downlink up to 2167 Mbps, uplink up to 2167 Mbps (20/40/80MHz)
I still give it a 3.5 because it is a quality product, which is very easy and quick to install, there is not even a need to install the CD provided, the windows updates immediately find the correct and most up-to-date drivers.
As for LDLC, nothing to say, they listen.
The card works very well, despite the remote antennas, I don't get much 5GHz, but that's nothing to do with the card, I have quite thick walls that I have to cross diagonally, with an ISP box Wifi, so it's not very surprising. The 2.4GHz of course is better received, so I shoot with it, given my connection (ADSL), it is more than enough for my needs.
The finish is clean, the card is cute as anything.
The utility, if it gives information quickly, did not help me, and even bothered me to connect (since I do not know much about network ....), I used directly the OS of my computer.
It may seem expensive, but once I've been able to buy a proper router, and depending on the lifespan, I think it's worth it.

With this network card I switched to Megane which for me is a nice improvement.

I originally bought this network card to have wifi on my tower whose motherboard did not have it. So I chose the 'middle' model in the ASUS series (yes I'm loyal to asus for their hardware, never had any problem even minimal). The advantage of this model is that the antenna base can be adjusted to get the best possible network. I've been using it for a while now and it's a good idea to check it out and see if it's working properly.
To conclude it is a splendid product ;)

Bought this some time ago and I'm not disappointed at all!
I had at the beginning a small wifi card, 15€, which had lag peaks and a mediocre flow.
I have since switched to the Asus and after some testing, there is no difference between an ethernet cable and this card.
Are you held back by the price? It's worth it.
The antenna can be placed on the desk or other, it is magnetic.
The only fault I can find with this card is the blue LED on the back of the card, it lights up a lot! A piece of paper or tape and it's done.

There is a real difference between this card and a simple wifi key, works very well, easy to set up but the positioning of the antennas is quite meticulous and complicated to find the right angle.

This card is good especially because of the antenna holder which allows you to get closer to the modem.
The magnetic holder is handy for fixing on a metal support but it's a pity that there is no double sided tape provided to fix on another support.
Easy to install, convenient antenna system, and very satisfactory performance. With this system, my data rates are much better than before (compared to my PLC boxes). The wifi router is located quite far from the computer (measured signal of 80 dB) but the connection is stable and performs well.
Good quality, easy to use, the built-in software is quite easy to use after a bit of fiddling.
But the range is not as high as they want you to believe, which is slightly problematic for people who are quite far from their box/moden...
Very good wifi card, very well packaged. It is connected to a Livebox 4 which Orange says is AC 1733. I can't see any difference between the previously used Ethernet cable and the current wifi connection. The only detail is that I can't do WOL on my PC.

The internet connection at home being a puzzle severely limiting my speed, with this card I have a downstream speed 8 to 10 times higher! It's great!

I opted for this card from my fibre connection and enjoy the best speed. My box is relatively far from my PC. The result is beyond my expectations! Downloads are 10 to 12 times faster than with my old equipment. Easy to connect and configure. Very good hardware

I've been using it for a while now and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it on a PC with Windows 10 or not. The magnetic stand is very practical indeed.
The only flaw I can see is the length of the cables between the antenna and the card, about 1m, which does not allow the antenna to be moved very far. But otherwise this card is very powerful in wifi ac, it allows to play smoothly online at FPS without any lags. It's as fast as wired.

The antenna is really useful for picking up wifi and is very easy to place on the side of the box thanks to the magnet which holds really well (however the cable to connect the antenna support is a bit short). The software itself is practical and easy to use.

I have been hesitating for a long time about which network cards to choose, I decided on this model, as I am in a building with a common wifi and I wanted to get the best possible reception.
I am not disappointed, the design is as I expected, the magnetic plate with its cable allows to easily move the 3 antennas even if I regret that the cable is a little too short for my taste but good. In short, exactly what I expected!
