I went to the shop to get some advice and I'm not disappointed.
I had already bought an upgrade kit and now I've changed to a power supply, CPU cooler and an RTX 5070.
Perfect assembly, go for it!
I've been using my UC for 1 month now and I'm totally satisfied.
What I like most, of course, is the compactness of the computer, which fits neatly on my desk, as well as the absence of noise (compared to the big tower I had previously).
In terms of connectivity, there are enough USB ports (A and C) for all my needs.
In terms of performance, there's nothing to worry about either, especially when it comes to 4K displays.
All in all, a very good buy!

Thanks to ldlc, I was able to install a PC that I was waiting for, which is now almost 1 year old, and I still have no problems with maintenance and, above all, cleaning the dust, etc. I always use your products and I highly recommend them.
Product complies and is installed correctly, delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend
Assembly required (3 pieces): motherboard, SSD, and ventirad, in the case
On opening the package: heatpipes on the ventirad (an NH-D15) bent, radiator fins bent, a sharp blow to the body of the radiator (from a screwdriver?), one of the fans has jumped out and is wandering around in the case.
There are no spacers around the ventirad for transport.
And as if this lack of quality wasn't enough, the RAM bars were also forgotten in the parcel.
Customer service reacted quickly and sent me back a ventirad and the RAM bars.
Conclusion: 2 non-quality items on one order is a lot. It's no longer a 'mistake', but a fundamental problem...

I received the motherboard with the processor and the ventirad mounted and very well protected for transport, and when I received the package, everything was perfectly wedged.
I was worried about the transport and indeed the LDLC team did a professional job.

On the face of it, the editing is clean and well done.
A very unpleasant aside for LDLC.
The product test is only visual because unfortunately I had to return the set the day after delivery because of a defect preventing the operation of one of the 2 major elements of my order.
This prevents me from giving my opinion on these components.
However, this inconvenience compensated by a fairly efficient online technical service will allow me to be indulgent
The processor fan was plugged into the wrong port so it didn't work... I called the after sales service and they told me to go away because it's been 15 days since I received the order so it's been "too long". a shame
I have ordered a mounting option from LDLC twice now.
The first time was a few years ago, my second order was more recent.
Each time it's the same type of order: mounting an Upgrade Kit in a new case WITHOUT a hard drive (I just want to upgrade my hardware around a still working hard drive).
The first time it was the power cable of the motherboard that was "tangled" around the bays receiving the hard drive. Unplugging the motherboard was mandatory to install the hard drive.
The second time it was the front panel connection that involved a 2.5" bay. Unplugging and cutting a clamp is mandatory to recover the bay.
In my opinion this is deliberate. Obviously at LDLC they don't like to do an assembly without a hard drive and they spend a lot of energy to force the customer to intervene, at his own risk of course.
In my opinion, a quality assembly requires a well thought and well done cabling and I don't understand why they waste their time thinking about it badly.
So here are two mediocre quality assemblies out of two made for me by LDLC.
Perfect assembly (motherboard + process(ventirad)+G board in cooler master case). No forgotten connections (cpuF + ChaF + MT front panel). Everything was in place, I just had to finish with the power supply case and the rest.
I recommend the seriousness of this service.
It is not easy to access the option to have a particular part mounted when validating the purchase. In particular, with the Upgrade packs which should intrinsically provide the option. But otherwise, when you know a little bit about it... but not too much, the delicate assembly of such or such part can be entrusted to LDLC. The assembly has been done correctly, and everything works very well.
