The PC was well packaged and ready to use right away.
Everything is well assembled and the cable management is perfect.
Nothing to say about the quality of the PC assembly: the customer service advice helped me fine-tune my configuration for professional use (new PC for graphics and 3D rendering). I received my PC perfectly assembled with all the instructions for removing the protective covers and making the connections; all I had left to do was turn it on!
Perfectly assembled, well packed as well, no issues during installation, nothing to report, nothing shifted during transport, everything was perfectly in place. I recommend it

On the other hand, it would have been better to specify that additional fees would be necessary for a system installation that I had not planned for immediately. The reason given (“your system is slow, it requires a Windows installation”) could have been anticipated before starting the assembly.
A small frustration regarding the communication about the “case too small for the watercooling” because the assembler, before concluding that, had already opened the watercooling (which I had given to him closed and new), and asked me to return an opened box to Amazon, which is impossible for a refund. Fortunately, he offered me another solution: return the case (bought from LDLC) to LDLC. But I think that in the future it will be necessary to check the dimensions of everything before opening and avoid these risks.
That said, the work was done more or less on time, in a difficult month of May, respect.
I chose to entrust the assembly of my new components to the team and the result is impeccable. The cable organization (cable management) at the back of the case is extremely neat, nothing sticks out. All the components, including the large watercooling, are perfectly installed. Special mention for the team's professionalism, who contacted me to find out whether I preferred to install the graphics card myself in order to prevent it from getting damaged or ripping out the port during transport. The PC arrived extremely well protected in its original box. It saves a lot of valuable time and you can be sure that everything works on the first startup. I totally recommend this service!

Nothing moves, the cables are clean, bundled, everything is plugged in, the fans and the case front panel too, the extra cables are left in the motherboard box, perfect.

Assembly carried out at the Saint-Étienne (42) store, quick and well done. The computer was well packaged for transport (collected from the store). Neat assembly.
For someone like me who isn't an expert, the assembly is really worth it. The PC is delivered fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in, and above all, LDLC is always available after you place your order: One of the components I had selected was not compatible (format) with the configuration, so LDLC contacted me and was very helpful in replacing the component with another one that was suitable.
This provides real peace of mind when you are not entirely sure about the consistency and compatibility between the components of the deliverable.
The assembly is done properly, but it is up to the manager to ensure that the technician is not under stress.
I say this because the small error is more indicative of stress than an assembly error.
In fact, the technician tried to mount the external processor fan on the RAM side.
This is not possible. However, it is possible on the other side. And the two fans at the front of the case cool the RAM and processor. In short, the assembly standard does not always have to be followed.
Thanks to the small seals left in the motherboard box, I was able to reduce the noise by 50%, so that I only hear a slight whirring noise when I'm playing games. In addition, I set the ventilation to 30% in the BIOS, which keeps the graphics card below 60°C and the processors below 40°C. In short, it's good that they leave mounting elements in the box. This allows for optimisation.

I requested a PC assembly from LDLC because I live in Malta and delivery would have been complicated piece by piece. The work done is fantastic, with meticulous cable management, protected in the original box for transport, as well as expensive foam inside to protect the components. I am extremely satisfied with adding the PC assembly to my configuration!
I was really surprised by the quality of service (great advice on shipping) when I ordered my new configuration. It was sent to the French overseas departments, the PC was secure and protected, arrived in good condition and works like a charm.
The water cooling fans were only secured by two screws on opposite sides. When I got home, they fell off and landed on my RTX 5080. Considering the price of the configuration, this is a bit flimsy. I screwed the fans back on myself, which probably led the technical support team, whom I contacted to report the problem, to conclude that there was nothing they could do. In any case, I haven't heard anything back from them.
A bit flimsy in both cases, then.
I would also have appreciated it if the SSD had been installed as drive 0, not 1, which would have saved me from having to reinstall everything.

The PC was delivered, assembled neatly and very quickly.
However, when delivering a PC, it is not normal to have the fan cooler and a plastic item rattling around inside the PC as soon as it is moved.
PI: My PC does not use the fan cooler, so it is normal that it is not attached.
All the PC components remain fragile.
I risk damaging components simply because you leave components unattached in the PC, and that is not acceptable.
The two items in question should have been placed in a separate box.
I specified that I could add three additional disks after delivery of the equipment, but I can only connect two additional disks.
Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. Clean and quick installation. Attentive staff who gave good advice.
I was supposed to receive my PC 15 days later because one of the parts was on backorder, but I received it on Monday morning after ordering it on Friday evening. It was so fast that I thought they had sent me an empty box. And it was extremely clean, with the cables neatly organised and all the unused parts in a box on the side. Really great.
Impeccable wiring, impeccable organisation, impeccable condition of parts, impeccable serflex and additional screws, nothing to say.
I'm quite happy with this assembly service without a system because the management cable is perfect, no damage to the package, very solid protection for the GPU (mainly for the sag). On top of that, in the motherboard box (so included in the parcel), they give us the extra unused cables, which may be trivial for some people, but not everyone does it and I think it's very nice. Very satisfied in any case! I highly recommend it!
I'm giving it 4 stars because the tower arrived in a sorry state. 4 stars but I could have given it 5 despite the incident. Let me explain:
Big configuration in a LianLi XL (Asus workstation, Threadripper last gen, dual RTX5090....).
I asked for the assembly to make sure everything was OK. Unfortunately, it seems - and this is the most likely cause - that the transport didn't go smoothly. With the (insane) weight of this machine, the parcel must have fallen and the whole box was warped. Broken spindles (plastic and metal), twisted chassis, warped panels, broken fixing pastes... in short, it was lucky that the equipment was OK.
Why didn't I give it less than 4 stars? Because LDLC reacted immediately, after-sales service is important especially in this context (and in all contexts). The machine went back to the MLB shop and the case was changed. The rest of the review in the BIOS/UEFI ....
The graphics card was tightened too high, making it impossible to connect the display port cable, so the graphics card had to be loosened
The PC I configured on the ldlc site, with win11 on a usb key as well, is delivered fully operational, with drivers, bios up to date and optimised settings. The pleasure of choosing the components you want without the stress of possible incompatibilities or problems at the time of choice.
The price of the service is justified.
My PC was quite expensive and I was quite nervous about going through someone else for an edit. The result totally changed my opinion. Excellent editing with no problems or bugs. Clean with a very clean cable management.

Very good assembly except for the HDD, which was wedged between the outer wall of the case and the back of the motherboard panel. Not a problem in itself, but there was a dedicated bracket 20cm above it, and the screws were well fixed to the HDD, so transporting it must have disengaged it from the bracket. If this is really the case, it could have caused damage, perhaps LDLC could provide a positioning stick to the assembly agent or give instructions to put a serflex to be sure to immobilize the disk in the towers where it can dislodge.
Very good assembly otherwise, with an efficient management cable, and everything functional. Great job!

Quick and careful assembly, basic settings carried out to launch the machine with peace of mind. Ordering directly from the shop made a lot of sense, as we didn't fully understand each other's layout, and the 'problem' was solved immediately when I came to collect my PC. I can imagine that ordering on the website with delivery would have created some frustration, between the return trips by carrier and the worry that the components would be damaged during the journey. So I have no regrets!
Configuration ordered one evening at 22:00.
Assembled PC received 3 days later at 10.30am!
My assembly instructions, although simple, were followed.
Correct packaging.
BIOS up to date. RAM speed correctly configured. RAM profile ok too.
All I had to do now was install Windows :-)

Unfortunately I had a mishap during transport. The ventirad became detached from its support (and caused some minor damage). Having said that, everything went marvellously well with the service. Quick response, very serious and efficient. Not to mention the technical advice on the configuration, which meant that in the end the product and service far exceeded my expectations. Despite this mishap, I would do it again without hesitation. I'm sure I won't find anything better anywhere else!
