Good machine overall, components as described, but the case fans are extremely noisy even when the machine is not in use, so much so that we're thinking of having them replaced with new, quieter ones.

1 year of good and loyal service of a PC gamer assembled by LDLC. And frankly it is clean everything works very well and a magnificent cable management!

This is a serious company to which I have been loyal for many years.
And I recommend it to my friends.
The tower was assembled very well and on time. And the specifications required to connect my additional equipment were met. When I collected the tower, everything was well explained and the seller was very friendly.
The only drawback is the strapping, which is made of plastic cable. If you want to rework the cables for future additions, you have to cut them. There are fabric/scratch straps that are more practical for this and can be reused.
I also don't find the extra cost of 40€ for assembly transparent, which brings the price to 120€ in the shop, whereas online assembly costs 80€. It's a nasty surprise for customers when they get to the shop. Perhaps there are valid reasons for LDLC to offer expensive in-store assembly. But for the customer we are not informed, we do not know why, and it should be specified on the website in a more visible way. Personally, I haven't seen it and it doesn't make me want to have a tower reassembled in the shop.
What can I say?
Apart from the word PERFECT I can't think of anything else.
Squared pc assembly, nothing sticks out not a cable, cable management at the top!
No problems with components or cables that could have become disconnected.
Nothing to criticize, execpter that take the option assembly pc if you are slackers to mount your pc!
The assembly was clean but there was far too much rilsan (clamp) which made it difficult to dismantle.
I ordered a new computer and the assembly was super clean! There are no marks, everything is well put together and looks great!

I didn't have time to assemble it and I took the components back to LDLC at the Geispolsheim shop.
Real pros! I switched it on and installed Windows, no start-up problems.
The pc was badly assembled, it could not start, I had to disassemble the pc,
I had to disassemble the pc, remove the cpu cooling and tighten it little by little on the left then on the right so that the cpu was evenly tightened and not like before.
the cpu is tightened evenly and not like before. After that the pc worked fine.
But it still made me lose a lot of time.

However, I don't understand where to leave you a message.
I haven't noticed any malfunctions so far in the assembly of the various components, but I would have appreciated it if the inside of the PC had been better "cushioned" (paper, foam, bubble plastic, etc.) to prevent any damage (e.g. unplugged cables touching the motherboard).
Very professional assembly, the PC was well packed inside and out for delivery, I have already placed a few orders with LDLC, always at the top and no worries :)

PC received fairly quickly despite the fact that the CG went from available to out of stock by the time I confirmed my order, I didn't even wait 15 days.
the PC is assembled cleanly, the finish and wiring are impeccable, everything worked straight away, the PC is well packaged and well secured in its box
HOWEVER...
the assembler followed virtually no assembly instructions, worse, he took liberties on his own and without calling me to ask my opinion
I had simply asked for the Noctua NF-A14 FLX to be added to the front panel with the 2 original fans from the fractal R7... he removed the 2 original fans to put them on top, leaving ONLY ONE fan (the noctua) on the front panel, who does that?? nobody, and he did it behind my back
so my 2nd instruction, to put the rigid top of the fractal and not the mesh, was ignored and changed, as he put 2 fans on the top
being handicapped and unable to work on the PC (which I had mentioned in the instructions) I had to drive 100km to an LDLC shop to have the fans put back in their place
the 2nd problem, I don't think the PC has been tested as stated in the assembly description, because the PC takes 50 seconds to start/reboot... because for 40sec the screen is in "no signal", apparently this didn't alert the assembler or the person who repaired it for me in the shop, for them it "must have been ok".
after a week of headaches I was able to resolve the problem with the after-sales service, with a technician who was great (valentin if you read me ^^) the problem came from the EXPO mode of the RAM in the bios, so for me the PC had not been tested
I chose to leave the assembly of my new configuration to the LDLC workshop and I was not disappointed.
Firstly: the speed of assembly and shipping. I placed my order at the end of the day on Thursday and received my PC the following Wednesday morning!
Secondly: the product was very well packaged (a cardboard box within a cardboard box with paper to absorb shocks), there were no dents in the case, no breaks in the tempered glass panels and everything was held securely in place.
Thirdly, all the components were connected correctly, the management cable was impeccable, there were no scratches on the case or panels and the PC ran very smoothly.
I'd like to thank the workshop team and recommend them!

I must admit that I hesitated before taking up this service, as I've set up a lot of configurations myself, both for myself and for other people. But I was lazy and I know it wouldn't have been very clean. So when I see the LDLC assembly, there's really nothing to say. Everything is perfectly positioned and fixed. No loose cables. The components are perfectly maintained for delivery (Don't forget to remove all this before starting up ;).
The wiring is perfect and everything is very clean. I was very pleasantly surprised by the seriousness of the work, frankly I would always choose this option in the future.
I bought my PC directly from the shop. It was already assembled but assembled perfectly well with a perfect management cable, in short, the PC is just incredibly beautiful, nothing to complain about. I didn't have it delivered, so I can't give an opinion on that.
I set out with a paid configuration on the evening of Wednesday 10th, and the next morning I received a call asking for some details about possible optimisations to suit my son's requirements at a lower price. We called customer service again between noon and midday to speak with a technician, and 25 minutes of discussion gave us a more complete set with a small bonus of two euros less. The order was confirmed with the new components on Thursday 11th at 1.20pm, and the PC was assembled and sent out the next day. We received the product very well packaged on Tuesday morning with a paper explaining in a few words the particularities of the PC case, which meant I wasn't lost. The whole thing worked perfectly straight away and I'm really glad I didn't have to assemble this behemoth myself!
In short, the LDLC service never disappoints me.
My only minor comments are that the side glass slid out from the top and not from the side as stated on the paper, and the front panel didn't slide properly into the slots. This in no way damaged the product, which was very well packaged and these are just details. I think I would have done much worse myself.

Everything was received with no problem and well packaged (double cardboard box).
After I loaded the OS (Win10) and recovered my data, everything worked perfectly. This PC replaces my 13 year old PC!
The LDLC configurator is a great help, which can be supplemented by questions/answers by e-mail.
When you have a sticker indicating that the tower has been assembled and tested by X (clever, by the way, to put it on the glass) it would be interesting to really test it. No, because when you unpack the computer, turn it on and are happy to be able to install the OS, the extra fans were incorrectly connected. Ah. Only the RGB worked and for a total cost of 2100 euros for the hardware (assembly costs not including the OS), I expected more professionalism.
And yes, as you'd expect, the connection was rewired by another technician to avoid having to send it back, because you can imagine that given the budget and the Christmas period, waiting for an extra delay and risking not having the computer ready for the day of the presents wouldn't have been much fun.
On the other hand, and this explains why I'm not giving it one star but two, I'd like to thank (and hope they can see) the customer service advisers I spoke to on the phone, who were very friendly and gave me some very good advice. Working in a call centre myself, it's very nice to come across other people who are competent and willing to listen, while at the same time having that touch of curiosity to make sure you've got the right equipment.
To sum up: Be very careful when you receive your equipment to avoid unpleasant surprises, and if necessary don't hesitate to call their customer service department if you have any questions.
Product received and complies with my request, nothing to say about the packaging, the assembly is done to the smallest detail, the PC works perfectly, nothing to say on the subject, the customer service team is super pleasant and very available, I do not regret going through LDLC, it is sometimes better to pay more and have a quality service and not be bothered afterwards! You can go there with your eyes closed!
My PC arrived with one of the processor fans detached, so I had to learn how to fit it, which isn't supposed to be the case when you order a PC assembly. What's more, one of the magnetised fan plates on my Deepcool Assassin IV processor had not been replaced after assembly and was therefore wandering around inside during transport... So I had to have a look at what this plate corresponded to before realising via videos that it was the CPU fan plate. Anyway, unfinished business... A little disappointed with LDLC, but my first PC ordered from them was assembled without a hitch.
LDLC's good joke, probably not happy with their configuration compatibility error, they offered me a separate fan as a spare part (but which was not compatible).
I didn't like this, so I decided to change my case.
That must have pissed them off...
So they won't plug in my main fan (a little revenge I suppose?)
Supposedly their technician 'forgot' to plug it in...
I could stop there, but considering all the other problems I've had with my PC... A big thank you to the LDLC team!

It's not noisy. Starts right up.
I've had it for over a month without any problems.
I decided to opt for the LDLC assembly because I didn't want to do it, I'm a bit disappointed with the end result, I redid part of the management cable because it was completely compacted in the case...
If you know how to assemble a PC, it's best to do it yourself.
I'm going to try to divide my commentary into two parts, the very good and the not so good.
Regarding the very good :
- Perfect cable management.
- Everything is securely fastened and the assembly instructions have been followed.
- The components are well protected for transport (RX7900 XTX graphics card already assembled).
Regarding the not so good:
Very, very disappointed on just one point. I took an MSI Gungnir 300R Airflow as my case. For those of you who don't know, this case has a support with two small tips that go above and below the GPU to hold it in place and avoid breaking the GPU port.
Knowing that the GPU is generally the most expensive component of the PC, I was surprised to see that when they assembled it they didn't even notice that they'd placed the bottom end on one of the graphics card fans.
Luckily I saw this before I turned on the computer, otherwise the fan would clearly have broken because of the friction between it and the end cap.
What's more, knowing that the assembly also includes tests, I'm still wondering how they couldn't have noticed this problem.
PS: No, it wasn't a transport problem because the bracket can be slid into 5 different slots and it was slid into the wrong one.
A special mention to Nicolas from the support team who was very responsive when I asked him to point out this "little" big problem with the mounting and who "authorised" me to move the bracket back so that the end cap would stick to the GPU fairing and not the fan.
I went in person to LDLC for an initial recommendation. After two weeks of research, I modified the proposed configuration a little but overall they recommended very good components. The machine was received in very good condition, nothing to complain about. XMP profile activated as standard to use the RAM to its full potential.
I'm taking off one star because I insisted that I wanted a completely silent case, but the original fans in my tower were vibrating (NZXT H6). So I had to buy €80 worth of Noctua fans, which I had to fit myself (otherwise it would have cost me extra + I'd have to wait at least a week).
Well-assembled PC, impeccable cable management. Arrived with cardboard protection for transport to secure the various components. I'd recommend it.
All positive for this first order at LDLC!

Very good assembly, the cable management is well done, I received the PC very quickly compared to the times quoted.
the problem that costs this service a star is the technical sheet for the first launch of the tower, which is quite complicated to understand on certain points, especially where to plug in the main screen.
I realise that things have to move quickly because the orders are coming in, but there's no point in rushing the job.
The glass of my case is scratched in several places on the inside.
The cooler master has obviously been mistreated: it was tilting so much that it was touching the case glass.
I think that's a shame. I would have preferred the assembly to have taken longer, but to have been done properly.

Fast, clean and very well packaged. You couldn't ask for better service. I was mistaken about the Ram to install and what's more, customer service reacted very well and quickly corrected my mistake. Go for it!
Everything arrived on time (and customer service was very responsive when I asked for some information about the delivery) and the assembly was very professional, especially the cable management.
A bit expensive of course, but that's the price you have to pay when you don't necessarily have the courage to assemble your components yourself.
All in all, a good experience.
Cable management 10/10, PC running perfectly and always served with a smile throughout the week of setbacks due to my beginner level, I highly recommend it.
There are several reasons why I have given this rating...
- Delays longer than the maximums announced
- Having to explain to "experts" that a 5th generation SSD must be plugged into a 5th generation pcie nvme port and then getting a remark for not having explained this to them when the PC was ordered...
- I had to dismantle the entire watercooling system on my processor in order to reconnect it correctly... and yes, they put the pump connector on the fan connector and the fan connector on the pump connector...
- I was advised not to update my bios because apparently it's useless...
- I also had to dismantle the graphics card to install the reinforcement to support the weight of the new 4070/80/90 graphics card
- I'm told when I come to collect my PC that all the USBs on the front of the case can't be connected and that I need to add a hub, either I hear it but call me to suggest in advance if I want to add this element could have been a minimum.
I'm sure I'll find others in the next few weeks. The only positive thing I can say is that the management cable is pretty clean but it's useless given that you have to take everything apart to repair the multiple faults... basically there's no point in paying LDLC to assemble it, you might as well take the different pieces of equipment from several sites in order to drastically reduce the price of your configuration compared to LDLC's price and assemble your PC yourself. It will only be better assembled and cheaper!

impeccable assembly, done quickly, perfect packaging, the protections were very well installed inside the tower, thank you for this professional job.
The assembly was very clean (3* for that).
However, the motherboard needed to be patched to be compatible with the graphics card. I can therefore confirm that the PC was not tested during assembly, as the minimum "screen return" indicator during the test would normally not have been valid (as no CG was detected by the motherboard). Fortunately I had a second, older graphics card to hand and the support team was able to react quickly and efficiently to find the missing package (but it's not normal for a PC that's been assembled, even without buying an OS, not to be operational on arrival).
Order delivered on time (just enough time to assemble the PC), neatly packaged and easy to get up and running. Thanks to all.
I needed a new PC to work with, a quality custom PC. Well with ldlc, I was served!
Quality assembly, I was able to fit my graphics card without any problems, and it works very well.
Safe delivery, and to my great surprise, I even received the unused parts! Great for upgrading. So far, nothing to say.
I'd definitely recommend it!
The cables are pulled and do not pass through the slots provided. My Corsair pro controller is not even recognised by ICUE (one wonders how it is connected ...), it is, moreover, installed on a place reserved for fans while the length of the wires allowed a clean work but they were just hung with a serflex where I had planned to put future fans.
At the base of my power supply you can see a ball of cable as if a sailor's knot had been made.
The power cable from my graphics card hangs down the front, giving a horrible visual effect.
I was charged over €70 and made to wait 10 days for the assembly of this PC for a result that I consider shameful on the part of a professional and therefore very far from what I expected since I'm going to have to redo it myself as I want to add fans later to my tower.
In short, I've wasted time and money.
First of all, a mistake was made because the case selected was not compatible with the fan. It's OK if your system doesn't go far enough to compare the dimensions of the two and determine compatibility.
But for your fitter to fit me with a fan in a case that's too small, close it up by forcing the materials and components, damaging the plexiglass plate and the screw threads in the process, that's a no-no! The fitter must have noticed that the case was too small and didn't report it. The Plexiglas plate is marked and twisted, which is great for making the case watertight! Not to mention the fact that he damaged the peripheral connection plate by mounting it crookedly. I've never assembled a PC before, and this is my first 'real' gaming PC, but I would have done it myself and the result wouldn't have been any worse... We all agree that the components in this case are fragile and expensive, so the assembly has to be nickel chrome!
- One of the fans wasn't fitted to the case, but that's not the fault of the fitters. The site indicated that the case had 4 slots for fans, so I ordered 4. It turns out that one of the fans couldn't be inserted because there wasn't enough space above the CPU fan, despite having paid attention to the space requirements indicated on the site. The fitters warned me by message when they assembled the PC that one of the fans couldn't be fitted, so that's OK with me. Bad point about the hardware information on the site though. =
- PC assembly OK overall, cable management pretty good considering that the low-end case doesn't offer a cable management solution +.
- one of the case fans wasn't connected to the motherboard, and its cable was zipped up with the excess power supply cables. With a few searches on the internet I found where to plug it in, but I'm not paying for an assembly to do the job myself. -
- one of the graphics card cables was badly plugged in (it was almost out of its plug and moving around).
I'm not sure how much of the above was a mistake/ignorance during assembly or whether it moved during transit, but if the PC moved enough to unclip TWO plugs there's still a problem. Otherwise, overall the build is ok.
- When assembling the PC, it says that they are doing tests. The initial reason why I opted for a build done by someone else was precisely so that tests could be done by professionals to check that the hardware was working properly. They didn't provide any test results, or even what tests were carried out. I asked for a machine without an operating system, and on receipt I have no reason to believe that they did anything other than press the button and see if everything lights up. --
