I do a summary, I never exceed 50 degrees (CPU, CGU, SSD, RAM) in ultra whether on the latest games of 2023 or older games, no lag, always at least 60fps in ultra 4k, cooling impeccable. I can only recommend all the following components:

the assembly was meticulous and on time. the inside of the tower was well protected with padding against possible shocks during delivery by the carrier. I would recommend the people who dealt with my order, they did a great job.

I therefore took the assisted assembly option, in which you assemble your PC yourself, but remain accompanied by a professional who will be there to help you with the tricky bits. I really enjoyed this experience, as it taught me how to assemble a PC myself, which helped me to repair it and potentially assemble others.
Well fitted, but fan speed control inoperative every other start-up and front panel usb sockets not working
I needed a good configuration for generative AI (stable diffusion). So I had a big constraint on the graphics card (I chose an RTX 3060) but for the rest of the PC, I was a bit in the dark.
I decided to go to the shop in Nice and they gave me some very good advice on components, all within my budget. The sales staff go out of their way to suggest the components best suited to your use (and not necessarily the most expensive), by going through all the specs. It's so rare to see that. Well done!
The assembly is super clean and the cable management is nickel.
Obviously, the PC had to be running Ubuntu and Jammy Jellyfish was pre-installed with all the necessary nVidia, CUDA and other drivers. When I got home, I plugged in the socket, downloaded stable diffusion and it ran straight away.
Very VERY satisfied.
Very good from a distance: flawless casing (BitFenix Prodigy M 2022 ARGB), it works, correct cable management, etc. But...
1/ Connector//led/button panel on the side not screwed down (see photo)! I had to fix it before risking booting the PC. How could this have been forgotten during assembly, then passed on to testing and quality control?
2/ LED ribbon connected to the SE Controler cable that should have been connected to an ARGB connector on the motherboard, so it wasn't functional. And as the correct cables, which were not used, were not delivered to me, I can't correct the problem. The after-sales service promised them 10 days ago, so I'm waiting...
3/ The bottom handle of the case is not fitted properly.
4/ Top panel screws far too tight: 3 out of 6 screw heads screwed up when I tried to take it apart.
I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. It is very good and the service is very good.
Fast assembly and follow-up via emails keeping us informed of the progress of the "work and delivery".

My only micro-blemish remains the fact of sticking the Windows sticker (with the code!) on the back of the machine (so old school anyway!). I was a bit in a hurry to test the beast and I had to re-connect everything to get this little code ;)

I ordered a custom made pc, clean and secure packaging, clean and impeccable assembly, cable management very well done. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product. I have to say that the watercooling system is very good, but I had to connect the usb cable for the lighting and the lighting for the watercooling fans myself. For a PC at this price and an extra assembly I find it scandalous !!!!
Late assembly, late delivery, WINDOWS not installed (I paid for the service), even the drivers in the motherboard were not installed: CATASTROPHE. My pc overheats and crashes every 5 minutes. It's just a shame!
The assembly is very clean with a really nice management cable, the only problem was when I had to plug in my graphics card because the other cables were blocked but otherwise it's great
The assembly instructions that I had formulated when ordering were respected despite some fears on my part (linked to certain comments seen on the LDLC site). I have to admit that the time needed to assemble and test the machine seems a bit long.
I have to admit that this time is announced when I place my order, but 2 weeks to assemble a PC (when all the components I had selected were in stock) is a long time.
In any case, I remain satisfied by this first experience of ordering a custom PC from LDLC (hence the 9/10 rating)

The assembly is almost perfect, the cable management is very well done.
But the fans were badly connected on the motherboard, the connector was plugged in the optional cpu fan port, and so I had no control on the case fans (they were running at full speed without being able to adjust them in the bios).
I had to reposition the cable in the cpu fan port and since then no problem ...
But what professionals at LDLC, never seen before. I have never seen such a high level of service from LDLC.

The setup and cable management is very good. I was very happy with the way the system was set up and the way it was installed, both my 8 pin pcie cables were already installed so I could easily add my graphics card. The only thing that is a shame is that not all the boxes of the purchased parts are returned.
I had no problems with my car arriving at my house, all well assembled and protected (fortunately for the price).
In fact I made this command thinking to obtain the installation of windows 10 on the machine. Error, the installation was already done and on the other hand I had to buy a windows 10 license ;;; what I solved later with the help of your shop
I give 2 because the assembly is well done. I had to take my machine to the shop today to change the power supply, which was not sufficient for my components.
The person in the shop was very surprised that the assembly team did not inform me that the power supply was not sufficient for my assembly.
This lack of information caused me to incur additional costs not covered by the warranty: intervention costs + change of power supply.
So my note corresponds to: lack of information, no commercial gesture, extra cost, unavailability of my PC for 10 working days, possibly the power supply and the cuts have also damaged my components and I have to take care of the resale of the old power supply myself....
I am very disappointed with the assembly service, given the situation I strongly suspect that there was no testing of the power supply before my machine was shipped.
Poor padding causing the motherboard to break.
I had to make several trips to the post office with the PC in hand as LDLC does not have a home PC recovery service (in 2020) - which has caused me tendonitis to this day.
The second time was the charm but I could have done without the initial breakage (with no commercial gesture from them, by the way).
Excellent quality of assembly in a very short time! A perfect cable management, it's a pleasure to receive your machine in these conditions!

The assembly was done with great care, not a single piece of cable sticking out (my fractal box also does the job), all the packaging, instructions and spare parts were neatly and carefully put away.
I could have assembled the machine myself but the time and energy saved is well worth the 100€ invested in the assembly.
I had given the instruction to install Windows on the hard disk, not on the SSD, this was not respected, it's really a pity...
I have to add that the hard drive was not very well fixed in its rails, I found it in the tower when I unpacked it, not very reassuring.
I was very worried at first about the assembly of my machine by LDLC following some of the comments I read, but in the end it was nothing of the sort, I received my pc very well packaged and very well protected, everything was in its place, all I had to do was plug it in and use it, there was also the packaging for my processor and my graphics card with everything that was extra, also the processor fan that was included was not put in because I took a watercooler;I would have liked to have the rest of the component boxes but I made the request at the last moment unfortunately so if I have any advice it would be to ask well in advance if you really want it. In conclusion, from what I see of most of the negative comments concerning the assembly of the PCs, I think that there are problems of compatibility between the components, the assemblers can't do miracles so make sure to check the compatibility of all your components before ordering.
And for those who are interested the delivery took a little less than a month (order on 26/6 arrived on 21/7) there was a little more time than expected because I paid by transfer and that was unfortunately deleted by LDLC, fortunately their accountants knew how to trace the transfer and from that moment the PC could begin to be mounted, it was the only inconvenience I had with LDLC but I was not so eager that it

I ordered a gamer pc and I appreciated the technician for the configuration help. He was reactive and gave good advice, thank you. I was very pleased with the service, but the assembly was not as good as I would have liked, I took a large and heavy graphics card, so MSI supplied a kind of support bracket that is fixed to the chassis and supports the card to protect the slots, this support was not mounted, it was separate from the manuals and cd's, I had to assemble it myself after asking what it could be. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the key or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea to use the key to activate the system, and I'm sure it's a good idea to use the key to activate the system. So ok don't activate but don't touch the windows label leave it on the CD packaging.
I have been a customer since 2005 and this is the third time I have ordered from LDLC. As always, the work carried out is beyond reproach, the assembly is perfect, there are no loose wires, everything is clean, not even a fingerprint on the glossy surfaces!
It's very rare to find a site where the quality doesn't decrease over the years.

I have a hard time understanding the negative opinions, I received my computer assembled in perfect condition, with the management cable done. I received my computer in a perfect state, with the management cable installed. However, I have trouble understanding the small problem (probably due to my inexperience in assembling PCs) when installing the watercooling, the radiator was placed on the front fan side (I have a corsair 570x case) and the fan at the bottom of the case was removed, I think it may be due to the laziness of the assembler who had to remove the radiator to re-install the fan, I'm going to try to assemble it myself.
The service was impeccable, I was very worried given the reviews, and especially the amount I paid for my computer

I had to pay for a set-up that in the end required me to struggle with my computer to make it work. In fact I had to do the connection myself because the computer wouldn't start up properly.
The reason I used LDLC assembly is because I ordered a septuple including an AIO watercooling (which I have never assembled before) and RGB elements (which I took care to choose compatible with ASUS aura that my CM has).
The first time I ran it, it worked... but the RGB system on my AIO didn't seem to work.
After reading the operating instructions of the kit and the CM, I realize that the kit is badly connected, wired as if my CM had no RGB port, whereas it has 2.
The Windows installation done is also the strict minimum (not even activated)
I had chosen an ASUS STRIX X470-I and a PHANTEKS ELVOV X case. The PC configurator proposed this combination, but LDLC noticed during the assembly that the connection would not be possible, and proposed me to opt for X470-F. I accepted by asking for a solution for the WiFi, and LDLC offered me a TP-LINK WN781ND. Good point for the assembly.
On arrival, three problems: (1) The DESKTOP 850 wireless keyboard does not work (2) The TP-LINK is not recognised by Windows and (3) The fan colour of the Ryzen 2700X cannot be adjusted via AURA.
For (1): Not the fault of LDLC. Excellent service on the phone and they sent me a new keyboard and the labels to return mine.
For (2): Excellent customer service on the phone, who rummaged through the motherboard's documentation and found the info: two EVO PLUS are installed, one of which is on M.2_2 which shares the clock with the TP-LINK's PCIe x1_3 bus, which zaps this bus (strange, by the way, the ASUS documentation says that this should affect the HD more, which would switch to SATA?) I am suggested to change to PCIe x16_2. I do it, it works. Good, but I would have appreciated it if I didn't have to do it, if LDLC had checked that the TP-LINK was working under Windows which I had paid to install.
For (3): Reading the motherboard doc, I note that there is no coding on the fan cable connected to the RGB_HEADER1 port, and I suspect that it was connected backwards. I check, and it is. I plug it back in the right way round. It works. Again, I would have appreciated it if I didn't have to do this, if LDLC had been more careful when plugging this cable in.
For the rest, everything seems to work fine.
In short, small points to improve in the assembly, which are not of the order of detail when you buy a PC at nearly 3,000 balls and you pay 66.63 euros for the assembly. In the end, is it assembled or not?

I chose the LDLC setup because I was lazy and wanted a product that was ready to go at a moment's notice.
What I think: it's great. Everything was well protected, and with the elements I chose, the management cable is really top (after all it is normal too).

The technicians who assembled my machine were more than attentive to my needs, always present to answer my questions when I had some, and then they did a great job on the assembly, I am more than satisfied, it is clear that I will go back to them if I need!
I received the pc quite quickly, all well packed with protections inside the pc to support and protect my big graphics card (rtx 2070) and then I just had to open it remove the protection and plug it in... small black point (hence the half star in less) because a small plastic part was walking around in the pc.
The whole thing is still very well put together, the system is well installed, you just have to start the computer!

I paid for a complete set up, with w10 inculs ...
on arrival I had to
- reinstall w10 because it had been mounted incorrectly,
- reconfigure the bios to run w10 on the correct SSD,
- install the internal hard drive (which was plugged in but not installed ...) ...
simply outrageous.
80€ for a pure arnac
The configuration has obviously not been tested since the graphics card driver is not installed on arrival (especially since it is not very complicated, nor long)... I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have the graphics card driver installed, or not.
In conclusion, it's far from being worth 80€ and the assembly time is still long in the end (about 10 days)
So a computer bought more than 2000€ of which 80 euros approximately to make it go up, order the 27 July, I call several times I had to receive it at the end of the week and still nothing! I call today to the shop several times no answer....
I REALLY hope that the PC will be fine, because it would be the last straw if it didn't work! 2000euros it's not nothing frankly if you can do it yourself do it!
