A compact, fully featured AM5 motherboard
The ASRock A620AI WiFi motherboard is designed for home users and professionals looking to build a reliable PC around the AMD AM5 platform. Compatible with AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 processors, it supports DDR5 memory and offers modern connectivity with Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth and a USB Type-C port. Its Mini ITX form factor is suitable for both an office setup and an ultra-compact gaming PC.
Power delivery and memory under control
The power delivery circuit features an 8+2+1 phase configuration with Dr.MOS 80A components, allowing you to get the most out of recent Ryzen processors. The high-density power connector supports higher currents than standard CPU and ATX connectors, ensuring system stability during overclocking sessions. The 8-layer PCB ensures clean signals and stable power curves, while reducing temperatures and improving energy efficiency. For memory, the board supports two DDR5 modules in Dual Channel, up to 8200+ MHz (OC), with pre-tested AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles for one-click overclocking. An aluminium heatsink covers critical components and keeps temperatures under control, even under sustained workloads.
Connectivity and ease of use
Storage is handled by a Hyper M.2 PCIe Gen4 x4 slot, which doubles throughput compared with a Gen3 SSD, complemented by an Ultra M.2 PCIe Gen3 x4 slot and two SATA3 ports. Network connectivity combines Realtek 2.5G LAN and Gigabit LAN for useful redundancy in professional environments, while Wi-Fi 6E on the 6 GHz band reduces latency and increases wireless throughput. The front panel features a reversible USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port, and audio is powered by the Realtek ALC897 7.1 codec with Nahimic technology for immersive sound. Customisation is made possible by POLYCHROME RGB and addressable headers, compatible with SignalRGB. Finally, BIOS Flashback and automatic driver installation simplify setup, while the ASRock Claw Quickset utility makes it easy to deploy local AI models.
