Developed by ASUS in partnership with XREAL, they combine a Full HD Micro-OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz. An immersive high-refresh-rate display
The ASUS ROG XREAL R1 glasses feature 1920 x 1080 Full HD Micro-OLED displays capable of reaching a refresh rate of 240 Hz. This configuration is designed to provide a smooth and sharp image, particularly suited to fast-paced games and dynamic video content. The glasses simulate a virtual screen of up to 171 inches, with a 57° field of view, enhancing immersion while preserving awareness of the real environment.
Thanks to 3DoF spatial tracking, users can choose between different display modes, including a fixed mode that virtually anchors the screen in space. The electrochromic lenses also adjust their transparency level according to the lighting environment.
Designed for gaming and mobility
With an advertised weight of just 91 grams, the ROG XREAL R1 glasses are designed for extended use both at home and on the go.
Their USB-C operation makes it easy to connect directly to many compatible devices, including laptops, smartphones and handheld consoles such as the ROG Ally.
Integrated audio and an optimized AR experience
The ASUS ROG XREAL R1 glasses feature an audio system developed with Bose to support gaming and multimedia use without additional equipment. The package combines spatial display and integrated sound in a compact format designed to simplify the user experience.
The glasses also feature settings that can be accessed directly from the device to quickly adjust certain display parameters. The integrated spatial processing technology helps reduce motion blur during head movements and improve visual comfort during gaming sessions.
