The QM2500 stands out thanks to the Datalogic STAR Cordless System, a bidirectional narrowband radio link at 433.92 MHz offering up to 30 meters range in open space. Little affected by obstacles and interference generated by Wi-Fi networks or Bluetooth equipment, this technology promotes regular data transmission in heavily equipped environments. The patented Motionix technology detects scanner movement and automatically adapts its operating mode when it is picked up or put down, making it easier to switch between handheld and presentation scanning. After each decode, the Datalogic Green Spot projects a green good-read indicator directly onto the code, complemented by an LED and an adjustable sound signal. Its soft red illumination contributes to visual comfort, while its 3,250 mAh lithium-ion battery allows up to 115,000 scans per charge. Configuration and maintenance are simplified by Datalogic Aladdin 3.0, notably thanks to the creation of programming codes that can be read directly from a smartphone.
