With the NEO-GEO AES+, no emulation: the console relies on ASIC chips derived from the original architecture, modernized to precisely reproduce the behavior of the hardware and games of the era. It reads cartridges directly, whether old or new, ensuring a pure and authentic retro experience. Here, no approximation via FPGA: this is a true technological rebirth, recreated at the very heart of silicon.
Retro gaming reinvented
While respecting the original look and feel, the NEO-GEO AES+ features modern equipment: a low-latency HDMI output complements the historic AV output for CRT screen purists. DIP switches let you adjust the language, overclocking, and display modes. The console also offers the ability to permanently save scores (with an optional Memory Card), to extend the gaming pleasure.

The NEO-GEO AES+ comes with the famous Wired Arcade Stick, a faithful 1:1 scale reproduction of the original model. Designed to recreate the feel of SNK MVS cabinet control panels, it connects via a classic 15-pin port. This choice ensures compatibility with vintage NEO-GEO consoles, while also allowing original sticks to be used with this new version. An iconic accessory, designed without compromise, delivering all the precision, responsiveness, and sensations that have defined generations of players.
