Essential.

Adding this product literally cleaned up the signal. Silence, increased naturalness, separation, transparency.
It does a job that very high-end streamer do, upstream of signal processing.
I currently own a modest Bluesound Node Nano ( powered by a s Booster mk2 ), connected to an external Fostex HPA8C dac. Adding this Lan ipurifier transformed the listening quality.
I’m getting sensations close to what I experienced with a 3 Dlab Platinum V5...
