The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder is a standalone H.264 and H.265 hardware encoder for live streaming to YouTube, X, Facebook and more! You can also take advantage of the new Blackmagic Cloud streaming features! Thanks to its 12G-SDI input, you can stream HD and Ultra HD content at up to 2160p60. You can also take advantage of high-performance features such as an integrated down-converter, USB-C webcam output, HDMI status tracking and support for Ethernet or 4G and 5G connections. To create a broadcast streaming link, use the Blackmagic Streaming Decoder! It receives and converts an H.264 or H.265 stream into SDI video. It even supports tally, command network and camera-to-camera control!

The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder is a stand-alone solution with a powerful hardware encoder and software utility offering a wide range of presets. This makes connection to most streaming platforms incredibly simple. This solution does not require a computer running complex streaming software with hundreds of parameters. Everything you need is contained in a simple one-third rack format!
Simply connect an SDI video source from a live production switcher, then connect to the Internet via the built-in Ethernet connection. You can also plug in a smartphone to use mobile data! With built-in settings for the most popular streaming platforms, simply enter a streaming key and press "On Air"!

The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder is compatible with the most popular streaming platforms, including YouTube, Facebook Live, X and Twitch. Its built-in hardware streaming engine has been carefully designed to deliver professional-quality live streaming. This gives you a standalone solution for live streaming, with no loss of images.
Installation is simple: the Blackmagic Streaming Utility software lets you select the streaming platform and update the streaming key. Compatible with Mac and Windows, it connects directly via USB or remotely via Ethernet. If you're a technical expert, you can also edit presets stored in an XML file to change specific basic settings or add new streaming platforms.

Connect to the Internet using your phone's mobile data for maximum flexibility when broadcasting remotely or as a back-up for your main Ethernet connection! For added convenience, the front and rear panels are equipped with USB-C ports for connection sharing. What's more, it's compatible with the latest high-speed 5G phones, as well as 4G phones! In the event of a connection failure, the Blackmagic Streaming Encoder automatically switches its Internet connection to a connected phone. You can also choose to use the Ethernet connection or the telephone connection. The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder is the ideal solution for remote streaming, using connection sharing and mobile data!
The 12G-SDI supports HD 720, HD 1080 and Ultra HD!
The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder features a 12G-SDI input supporting all HD and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60. A 12G-SDI loop-through output is also included, allowing you to loop video through several Streaming Encoders and broadcast to multiple services. The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder incorporates Teranex conversion technology on the SDI input for exceptional video quality. This feature allows you to integrate any Ultra HD or HD SDI video and automatically convert it to the desired video standard for streaming. This means you can produce a live production at a higher quality than the intended streaming resolution. The operation is fully automatic: no settings required.

Compact and cost-effective, this device makes it easy to use two separate units to stream content to the primary and secondary YouTube servers. With AC and DC inputs, you can even use a battery for redundant power. It also features front-panel buttons and menus, as well as Blackmagic Streaming Utility software for control.
