If you connect both ports at the same time, the sound coming out of the jack socket is horrible.
Besides, the sound is bad and below a certain volume level, the sound cuts out and does not come back immediately. Which means that if you listen to an interview, the silent moments cut out completely and you miss the beginning of sentences.
At the slightest movement the device disconnects, very disappointing. This product is therefore unusable. It's a shame.
