BenQ revolutionises your everyday entertainment with its V5000i projector featuring DLP and laser projection technologies. A 20,000-hour lifespan awaits you, with the added bonus of 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 x 2160) and an impressive 2500 Lumens of brightness.
By applying the Local Contrast Enhancer algorithm to divide images into over 1000 zones, Local Contrast Enhancer analyses the brightness of each section and adjusts gamma independently for better definition of dark and bright details and enriched 4K image depth.
Using Dynamic Black technology, BenQ's cinema-optimised Enhanced Tone Mapping increases contrast based on precise calculation and projection to preserve detail in dark areas of projected images.
Frame-by-frame HDR video optimisation
In the pursuit of perfect picture quality, BenQ's pioneering HDR-PRO technology uses HDR Optimal Tone Mapping, Leading Local Contrast Enhancer and SSI Dimming to overcome the constraints of brightness and contrast.contrast effects for true HDR results.
In addition to HDR10 and HLG, BenQ also supports the latest HDR10+ technology, which adds dynamic metadata to HDR10 source files to fine-tune and optimise each frame of HDR video, enhancing detail in the bright and dark areas of HDR10+ content.
