I would like a printer that is always available. The person at LDLC recommended this laser printer to me. Very happy with the product and my purchase.

Following a laser also from brother which broke down and having taken the guarantee
I took out an additional 3 year warranty on the machine as it could not be repaired, so I was reimbursed almost my entire purchase.
This arrived in the form of a credit note within 2 days on my account. I therefore bought this brother which was delivered as usual with LDLC in a short time and of course printing functional.
Nice printer, works perfectly.
Photography is not its strong point, but it does take nice photos for private use or for family friends.
As for the noise, it doesn't make more than that.
The weight, yes it's heavy, it's not a featherweight we must admit. I wasn't expecting it to be this heavy, to be honest.
There's a small downside, nothing serious but you have to think about it, in manual universal tray (MU) mode, it prints flat and the sheet passes from front to back. As you might have guessed, you need to leave some space at the back of the printer.
another downside which is more problematic, when you work in (MU) mode you feed one sheet at a time in manual mode. The sheet isn't placed on a very long base, so you have to hold it, otherwise it will quickly fall or bend.
So a longer support would have been perfect. But considering its price and quality, you'll be happy with it, you don't make MU every day!
