Avoid
To be avoided. I had bought 1 kg white, 1 kg black, the filament grip on my new K1C seemed to "rip", I cut a piece, I tried again but without the natural creality of the thread.
Today, after a 3 week break, I started again; although I had cleaned the nozzle before the break, the gripping mechanism ripped, I started the procedure again, I cut my filament (new spool) at 45°, I put it straight, I checked that it wasn't greasy or twisted, that it didn't have any irregularities, impossible.
I tried again with another coil, same problem.
I dismantled the nozzle and the verdict was in: this filament left a residue mixing dust and a sort of tar-like substance in the nozzle that didn't completely disappear when I cleaned it with the rod. The heating cycle had clogged the nozzle and damaged the head (the resistor fell apart when I removed the silicone insulation).
600€ of printer lost + 150€ of filament gathering dust.
Thanks Forshape.
