The Advance Paris A10 Classic is an audiophile integrated amplifier inspired by the famous X-i1100, acclaimed for its musicality and liveliness. The A10 Classic combines an ECC81/12AT7 tube preamplifier with a 2x130W class AB push-pull amplifier. All of which bodes well for the future!
Audio quality and full connectivity
A microprocessor controls all the functions called up by the encoder; a long or short press gives access to the menus. The A10 Classic has 6 analogue RCA inputs including 1 phono input with three capacity settings (100, 200, 320 pf). It also has a balanced line on XLR, 4 digital connectors including 3 optical. For wireless streaming enthusiasts, the amplifier has a proprietary connector for adding an aptX XFTB01 or XFTB02 Bluetooth receiver. A USB-A connector will also allow you to play MP3 audio files from a Walkman or USB stick.
Two HDMI connectors are present, one to connect a DVD player for example, to benefit from the audio quality of the A10 Classic, and an HDMI ARC connector to connect a CEC enabled display. The A10 Classic also offers the option of connecting two subwoofers and outputting the modulation separately to the preamp or amplifier. On the rear, the High Bias switch enables Class A bias on the first few watts of the power stage.
