Technical problems

I first bought the FELLOWES VENUS A3 laminator because, according to its specifications, it took 10 seconds to laminate, unlike entry-level laminators that take over a minute to laminate. In fact, the VENUS A3 does take 10 seconds to laminate, but a technical problem (paper jam function from the first use that doesn't stop if you take too long to laminate) forced me to send it back under warranty after several emails to LDLC and then to the brand's representative. I was able to get an exchange under warranty but same problem...the paper jam function starts and doesn't stop unless you put the sheets to be laminated in a row. I wouldn't recommend it because FELLOWES apparently hasn't solved the technical problem on this model.
