Payroll Classes
Payroll classes allow you to define a base hourly rate for your employees (or groups of employees), and apply rules to change that base rate. This allows you to generate a report showing the number of hours related to each rate.
The Payroll Class module has been designed to be as flexible as possible while remaining simple to use. Each payroll class has a name and description, as well as a basic hourly rate. For each payroll class you will be able to define a set of rules that can change the hourly rate according to the hours worked. Each rule in a payroll class will be activated when one or more conditions are met.
