When I bought this graphics card it was out of stock, however every time I needed it customer service was there for my requests, once sent it only took 2 days (Thursday-Friday, arrived Saturday) to receive it and I am very satisfied, everything is clean and I can't wait to receive spiderman as well (bought with the offer but you have to wait 15 days after receipt).
