    Doubts about the functionality/price ratio

Acquired for use in traffic and in parking mode, it is clear that the documentation is insufficient to properly set up the camera according to the use and take into account the context of the car.
First point, when used with the cigarette lighter cable, do not use the power saving mode (set by default). The camera stops without explanation.
In connection mode with three wires (detection of the cut of the main contact and passage in automatic parking mode) ATTENTION with the discharge of the battery of the car in particular on the hybrid cars with a not very powerful main battery. The voltage mode doesn't work and the timer mode is very dangerous when by default the camera reboot automatically at 3am. I found myself with a car that was out of order (the hybrid couldn't start), thanks to Toyota for the speed of the repair. In short, for the parking mode, it is absolutely necessary to opt for a dedicated battery (more than 349 € to add for a BlackVue B-124X Power Magic). The bill is heavy.
A piece of advice: do some research on the internet, there are many good and very detailed reviews (in English), the Dashcam market is very developed in the US.
PS: I will not comment on the customer service for decency's sake....
