I am very pleased with the product, well packaged, everything is ok, the earphones work perfectly, except the worry is that inside the box it was not secure (no bubble wrap or other protection), but otherwise overall it's fine. I live in Guadeloupe and received my parcel in 10 days. I recommend this site if you want to order from the dom tom.
