The battery worked fine for a couple of months (on wired or wireless charge) before it malfunctioned.
Now it charges in the same amount of time as before but when I use it on wireless charging it goes from 100% to 0% in a few minutes (and my phone, Samsung Galaxy S7, takes 3 or 4%).
It's hard to say what the after sales service will say about it but it's hard to recommend it.
I plugged in the charger and nothing happened: I changed the plug, the wire, I pressed off and on and I don't see any charging indicator.
I'm not sure if it's working or not.
I'm not sure what to do, but please tell me what to do?
send it back at your expense?
