Good overall quality, but the seat is too hard and uncomfortable

Quick enough to assemble (1h30 on its own), 2 people is better!
I am 1m80 tall and weigh 80kg
Good quality, the castors are large which makes it easier to move around on soft floors (no problem on parquet).
- The actuator and tilting mechanism look good, it's the same tilting system for all gaming chairs
- the armrests are comfortable, a little hard in my opinion, adjustable in 4D and strong!
- the backrest also lacks a touch of softness, the lumbar adjustment is useless for me as it's enough when fully retracted; adjusting the backrest is easy; adjusting the height of the headrest is a plus for taller people, I set it to the minimum; the headrest is a delight!
- The seat! Good quality but really too hard, I had to use a cushion because on the right and left edges there is an iron reinforcement that touches the leg because it's too close: not enough foam between the bar and the leg; you can feel the springs too much on the back of the seat.
There is no indication of the hardness of the seat from the manufacturers: noblechair, oraxeat
I bought foam to rebuild my old chair in 35m/kg and it's a little too hard!
What's the point of having a chair with a concrete seat? ridiculous!
What's more, it's assembled in France but made in China.
5 year warranty extension on the website
It's a real shame
