    Order delivered quickly and the product is suitable

    Being somewhat overweight, I needed a chair with a width so that my knees didn't touch the edges and some support for my lower back.

    This chair is suitable with a few adjustments, but not too many: high, low and whether or not the backrest can be locked.
    The armrests are height-adjustable, so you can lower them and move the chair under the desk without affecting the seat height adjustment.

    Assembly is fairly easy (even for a non-do-it-yourselfer with 2 left hands) and the necessary Alen key is supplied.

    The lumbar support did not hold

    I had a strength problem with the lumbar support which broke quite quickly. It lasted less than a month.
    After disassembling it (the screws are hidden under the backrest cover), the chair is still comfortable and usable.
    LDLC agreed that the chair should not be returned and that I should dismantle the lumbar support, while retaining the possibility of returning it if a more serious problem arises.
