The steering wheel tilt adjustment is very comfortable, but the pedal depth is accessory for my use. I use it for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, so not for simracing. So I don't drive lying down =)
The only fault, if you can call it that, is the gear lever mount. As it's fixed to the base of the steering wheel, it tilts at the same time. It doesn't matter to me, I fitted it upside down to install a button box and have a 'dashboard', but if you want to fit a gear lever you'll have to think about it.
