Designed by StarTech. com, this 2-port 4K HDMI splitter connects your HDMI video source to two HDMI displays at the same time, without distorting or degrading your video signal. With a transmission bandwidth of up to 18 Gbps, this HDMI splitter is fully compatible with your HDMI 2.0 equipment, allowing it to support UHD resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 (4K) at 60 Hz. To ensure smooth transitions between images and colours, the splitter offers 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, so each pixel has its own colour. The splitter also supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) image creation, for improved brightness over standard digital image creation. The bi-directional HDMI splitter supports HDCP 2.2 and is backward compatible with 1080p and 4K displays at 30 Hz. This means it can work with any HDMI source or display such as computers, Blu-Ray players, monitors, TVs and projectors. Ideal for digital signage applications, where equipment may vary across your site.
