This USB-C to HDMI adapter was designed by StarTech.com. It allows you to connect your USB Type-C equipped laptop to an HDMI display. It supports HDR (High Dynamic Range) and provides sharper images with enhanced video. Giving you brighter colours and greater contrast, it's ideal for creating eye-catching visuals for photography, videography and cinematography. It's also ideal for making digital displays look sharp. This USB-C adapter is fully compatible with your HDMI 2.0b equipment. It supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz (3840 x 2160) and bandwidths up to 18 Gbps. The adapter offers 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, so that each pixel has its own colour. It is also backwards compatible with earlier versions of HDMI and DisplayPort at their maximum supported resolutions. With HDR support, you can enjoy lifelike images with increased contrast, brightness and colour, and higher brightness than standard digital imaging.
