The product is compliant, efficient, pleasant bass power, easy pairing ... but however the controls by the buttons of the headphones seem a little limited (pressure of +2 sec. on volume + to change song) and the user guide, beautiful visual, is not the most provided concerning the controls although the essentials are there.
Very disappointed with this headset, very painful for someone like me with glasses and big ears. It is too tight and crushes my ears against my glasses which gives me an incredible headache, and if I loosen it a little it doesn't fit properly... Also this headset is supposed to be circum-aural but looks more like a supra-aural headset because the ear slots are very small. Luckily my sister with small ears loves it :) The rest is pretty good, isolates very well from outside noise, clear sound and good autonomy. If you have small ears or don't wear glasses there shouldn't be any problem :)
I have nothing to report except that the delivery time varies for the DOM, this JBL headset allows me to connect to my computer and my smartphone simultaneously hands free.
The sound quality and isolation from outside noise is excellent! The headset's autonomy is optimal
