I bought this connected scale to get a more accurate reading of my weight, such as my BMI or body fat percentage, the scale is very easy to install (you need to use the Zepp life application), you can even transfer certain data directly into the iPhone health application and follow the changes in your weight as you go along. As always, XIAOMI offers record-breaking value for money.
