The Focal Chora 806 speaker embodies French manufacturing quality at a remarkable entry point into the world of high fidelity. Indeed, it integrates the new Slatefiber membrane technology in order to deliver a precise and dynamic sound. The Chora 806 speaker is a powerful and attractive design with a well-crafted finish.
Access to high fidelity
The CRX-N470D features its own digital amplifier technology to deliver lossless, high-fidelity audio from any source - network, USB or CD. The signal circuit design inherits the Yamaha Hi-Fi concept, with minimised path and careful elimination of interference, contributing to high quality audio from a wide range of sources, from music CDs to high-resolution audio formats.
To limit unwanted vibrations, Yamaha has developed an internal structure called VCCS (Vibration Control Cabinet Structure). The structure is made of a composite material that is strategically placed to limit chassis vibrations. The three feet also help to absorb shocks.

Authentic sound
The Focal Chora 806 is equipped with the brand new Focal membrane: Slatefiber. Designed and manufactured in Focal's workshops in France, it introduces new materials: thermoplastic polymer, with non-woven recycled carbon fibres that provide even more damping, rigidity and lightness.
You then havea perfectly balanced and rich midrange sound, with little coloration and lots of dynamics.
