A fan to make your Raspberry Pi even cooler

Make your Raspberry Pi 4 seriously cooler with this dedicated SHIM fan designed by Pimoroni ! This controllable processor fan is the easiest thing in the world to install, with no soldering required. With a 30mm diameter, RGB LED and touch-sensitive switch, it will give your Raspberry Pi much better thermal cooling performance. It is also particularly quiet. The Fan SHIM uses an ingenious friction base, so it simply slides onto the pins of your Pi. So it's ready to go straight away. Note that due to the height of the fan, if you want to use HATs or pHATs with SHIM, you need to use a booster head.

This SHIM fan can be controlled via dedicated software. You can therefore activate it when your processor gets excessively hot. Use the LED as a handy visual indicator of fan status, load or processor temperature. The touch switch can also be programmed. So you can use it to turn the fan on or off.
