Prohibits the installation of 6play, mytf1 and amazon prime
Very disappointed, thinking of buying a smart tv with android tv 8, I only have a television "limited" to TNT and basic applications.
Impossible to install 6play, Mytf1 and my Amazon prime account.
I strongly advise against this TV for those who want to use it as a Smart TV.
It is very expensive to be able to watch DTT...

We are sorry that this TCL TV does not satisfy you. Not all applications are installed by default on your interface. You have to open the Google Playstore and search for the applications you want to install. Indeed 6play is available on the Google Playstore for Android TV. It is important to make the difference between the Google Playstore for smartphone and tablet and the Google Playstore for Android TV. Indeed, some mobile applications (such as MyTF1) are not available on the Playstore for TV or only for certain devices. The application publisher is free to develop or not versions for the different devices. To date, MyTF1 is available on the Playstore for mobile but not for the Playstore TV. To use the MyTF1 application, you will need to use an internet TV box from Bouygues Telecom, Orange, Free and SFR for which TF1 has made the application available. However, most applications allowing access to video content are available such as: Orange TV, OCS, Netflix, Molotov TV, Kodi, SFR TV, myCanal...
To check the compatibility of an Android application with your TCL TV, you can go to https://play.google.com/store, log in at the top right with your google account with which your TV is attached. Type in the search field the desired application, click on the application and on the notification "This application is compatible with "(some of) your devices. "A window will open and indicate which devices are compatible or not.
Amazon Prime will be available for your device soon. You should make sure you have the latest updates by going to settings/device preferences/about/update. Your model is expected to be able to run Android 9.
