Good product, works as expected.
However, Windows tends to want to use the dock's audio output automatically, even if nothing is plugged into the 3.5 jack (forced to manually change the output device).
Not compatible with Samsung DeX.
Bought to connect my work laptop at home, this dock is attractive because of its price, 4k 60Hz support, power delivery and the many ports!
The installation is very simple, and it works quite well!
However, the display on my 4k screen has a bit of lag... The installation of the Targus drivers was good (thanks to the support), but it's still quite different from a direct screen connection to the PC. Well, it's done in office use anyway.
The Targus dock does not meet the requirements of the professional audio world at all. What a pity because it was perfect. For this price, I find it disappointing that the power supply delivers a continuous blast to all inputs of my sound card.
Targus technical support informed me that the dock had not been tested for use in this type of environment and offered me a refund.
