Good overall but delivery needs to be reviewed
Being very tall (2 meters for 115Kg) it's a pain to find a chair that fits the right proportions and weight. This is one of the only ones we have seen and so far it suits me very well.
The assembly is simple, but don't be too much of a pair to do it! The chair weighs almost 30 kg and the jack is not screwed to the seat, so it will slip quickly when tilting the chair.
The foams are ok, the springs are almost too strong, but the whole thing seems quite solid.
Except for the jack cover in a low quality plastic. Which will not have survived the transport, since it is split in two. I'm going to 3D print the part myself, it will be easier and of better quality than turning the chair over for a small "useless" part.
Speaking of delivery, we pay a service of 40€ to have the chair delivered to our home. I live on the second floor of a building. The package was to be delivered to my flat, as I had requested, so that we wouldn't have to go up two flights of stairs with 40kg of package and no equipment to load it. Especially as it arrived during the week, and as I was not present, it was my companion who received the parcel alone.
The delivery man arrived at the foot of the building, rang the bell, made my partner get off instead of entering the building. He made her sign the receipt and left, saying "good luck", without even helping her with the package. So she had to carry the package upstairs by herself, weighing 40Kg and larger than her! The package was open in a corner. The box must have been kicked by another parcel during the move, which probably explains why the jack cover is not in a good condition.
If you must have this chair, buy it in shop! They will assemble the chair, there will be no broken parts and it will be easier if you have to call for service!
