Defective parcel
Defective product not accepted at the agency. Return impossible at their centre. Obligation to go through their service provider. After two months of calling them, LDLC informed us that they had received an empty package!!! No refund from them, no credit note, no compromise, a flat refusal to take responsibility... No written documentation as all our exchanges were made via the telephone platform... they stole our son's Christmas and, incidentally, £145.... Goodbye LDLC...
