Good product overall, quality is top notch. I bought it in 2018 for my old desk. I'm making my desk a little higher and I want to see how to raise the seat and SURPRISE the jack doesn't work even though I've only used it once. The mechanism must be wrong but I don't understand it especially for a chair at this price
The chair is extremely comfortable, the upholstery is top with red stitching very aesthetic, small negative point the armrests seem to be fragile but otherwise armrests in 4D moves in the desired direction (manageable), another negative point the cushion for the lower back is hard, it is not comfortable, on the other hand the headrest is super comfortable.
The wheels are quiet and finally the assembly of the chair is easy.
