Less than 2 years after purchasing this chair, one of the metal parts used to hold the armrests broke.
I made a claim under the warranty and was told that this damage was not covered, so I had to order a replacement seat at my own expense
At the price of the chair, I find this shameful, I would no longer order from this manufacturer
The note of 7 because recent purchase, therefore lack of hindsight.
Comfort rather good, metal base, it should be solid over time.
I'm not sure how to do it, but it's a good idea to read the instructions carefully and to do it with two people. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to do it again after two or three days, then it's fine.
