These arms are really good; they last over time. You can adjust the pressure and it stays stable. I recommend them.
The arm arrived in less time than expected, as is often the case with LDLC ;)
You have to take the time to assemble it, and that takes patience. There are plenty of screws and bolts for almost every situation, with always one extra just in case... Well, I did have to dip into my personal stash to fix the clamp to my screen, which is a bit curved at the back, so I imagine it's not easy to make standardised screen holders when you consider the number of different screens out there these days... In short, I'm leaving it 5 stars because it's not the manufacturer's fault and it's minor, but I'm still noting it here because it can be disappointing to receive a new product and have to make a trip to the screw shop before being able to enjoy it. But then again, BEAUTIFULCOUP of screen models are compatible right out of the box.
This arm is really top-notch, attractive and gives complete satisfaction in terms of use. The desgin is top
LDLC delivered very quickly and the price is cool.
I was a bit worried because I hadn't found many reviews of this brand, but in the end I'm not at all disappointed. The assembly is really well thought out on these and they're really solidly built. Beware if you have a desk that's a bit scratchy, as the fixing lug is a bit protruding. No problem for me as my desk is homemade from a recomposed board, so I don't really care :D
An easy recommendation for those who need a slightly specific setup!
After almost a month of use, I'm completely satisfied. No major faults to report. I can only recommend this product.
The whole thing is solid and looks durable. The cable compartments mean there are no cables lying around and the two USB ports are a real bonus.
The only slight downside I'd mention is that it's difficult to adjust the joints correctly, as the weight of the screen means that the whole thing tends to tilt at first. You need to tighten the joints to get them to hold properly, and it remains to be seen whether you need to retighten them at regular intervals.
