Just perfect.
I'm using it to power my new Asus H97-ME motherboard which had an EPS12V 8-pin input, but unfortunately was not supplied by my power supply (BeQuiet TFX 300W gold).
As the TFX format power supplies don't have an 8 pin EPS12V cable, I had to buy this adapter, which does the job perfectly.
I highly recommend it, especially since 2 adapters bought elsewhere did not work!
