If the monitor of your computer has a dead pixel at the unpacking or in the 3 months which follow we will exchange it for the same one in new (or an equivalent if the same model did not exist anymore)! Your new monitor will still be covered by this warranty until the original warranty date.

Well

I took this protection because I was really afraid of having a problem, either during the delivery or after using it in the first few weeks with dead pixels.

In the end, I had no problems (good for me). So I can't really say how the warranty works. But I don't regret taking it. I was able to sleep soundly and at the price of the computer... I might as well make sure it was fine when I got it!

I couldn't give it a 10 because I didn't test the warranty in case of problems.
