The worst surprise when you buy a laptop is to find out a dead pixel when you unpack it or during the first few weeks of use, which spoils a purchase of several hundred euros, especially when many manufacturers only offer to take care of it from 3 to 8 dead pixels with a long and tedious repair!
The LDLC warranty covers you during the first months, the most risky ones, against any bad surprise. If the monitor of your computer has a dead pixel at the unpacking or in the 3 months which follow we will exchange it for the same one in new (or an equivalent if the same model did not exist anymore)! Your new monitor will still be covered by this warranty until the original warranty date.
