I've always had very good service. All my ordered products arrived in 4 days even though I am 20.000km away
Never disappointed.
I have only been using the tablet for a short time. The battery does not last at all. It discharges even when I am not using it. Even after disabling wifi, bleutooth, and background applications. But despite that the battery runs down in 2 days without me even touching it.
If I use it, then it only lasts for one use.
I wrote on « page » for 1 hour and 30% drained.
I drew on « procreat » for 1h30 and 25% drained.
I used it to write letters + simultaneously read PDF documents, but the applications crashed and closed. I had to start again each time.
I wanted to test it longer to find out whether this battery wear was normal or not.
I am thinking of having it examined.
With my previous Ipad air, the Ios had taken up too much memory space to be able to keep my current travel photos (I take a lot of photos during my holidays abroad and I like to share them with my family and friends outside of Icloud)
So I gave my old Ipad air (64 Go) to my great-grandchildren (yes, I am a great-grandmother!) and I bought another Ipad air but with 256Go of memory. It is exactly what I needed! and Eliott and Malo are very happy to have recovered something to play with during long car journeys.
Product met my request, nothing to complain about, nice seller, attentive and gave very good advice.

Really not bad. This iPad is the first one that truly replaces 95% of my PC uses, because I plug it into a USB-C hub which turns it into a "kind of mac" in a lighter version (without a file explorer worthy of the name). The power is there, unnecessary for the vast majority of my uses.
I hesitated for a long time to replace my old 2016 iPad with this 13-inch version, but in the end I don't regret this choice, which suits my use.
